Note: In Windows 7 x64, if you're experimenting an "Error, missing ilok authorization for pro Tools 10. please insert the necessary ilok and restart Pro Tools" make sure iLok drivers actually install, mine would not install over my old iLok drivers, solved it by doing this:
a) From Windows' Add or Remove Programs feature, uninstall any listing of "License Support" and "Interlok driver setup"
b) Reboot the system
c) Disconnect any iLoks connected to the system
d) Run and install Tpkdx64Setup.exe file found in the Drivers folder of the "PACE ILOK drivers installx64.zip" or the installx64.zip file linked here >> http://www.paceap.com/extensions/installers/x64/installx64.zip
It is very important that no anti-virus (especially Kaspersky) is running.
e) Restart the computer
f) Install LicenseSupportSetup64.exe file found in the Components folder of the installx64.zip file linked above. Again, make sure no anti-virus or internet monitoring software is running.
g) Restart the computer
For Windows 8 (I have not tried this but others have had success with this solution):
If you get error -9514, go to the unzipped Pro Tools installation folder, then Pro Tools Installer>ISSetupPrerequisites and install Avid Core Runtime, Avid HD Driver x64 and DigiDriver x64. Then run Pro Tools as administrator.

well the only problem ive gotten yesterday was when i was mixing down some vocals and i was bussin them down and i go back to the editor where the vocals are at it wierd like it was still workin im going to send a pick so you can see what happen but i hope this gets fixed

Yes, stupid. Both cases. Ignorant people and releasing cracks for buggy version of the software when more stable versions already exists. With such a nonsense, even "just trying" it's not worth it, especially when there are some other good alternatives out there (competitors). And I'm not referring here to pro tools 10.3.3, just 10.3.2. This was out when all these patches never ending story was fooling around. This is not helping anyone for having a good experience with a piece of software. Just look how messy and annoying this was: "it's not stable", "give me an error", "freeze", "try 10.3.1", "mine is better 10.3.2", "the only way is the old 10.3.0 way", and so on, and so on...
This is so redundant... Put on top of that real facts like missing x64bit support in pro tools and answer to the big WHY BOTHER.

I think you are missing the point here. If you can't be bothered to get 10.3.0 to work with vr 7 and JustTrying's patch then just don't bother !! I am not concerned that the patches are not working for any later versions, and indeed I'm not expecting them to !

Fact is that 10.3.0 (or even 10.3.1 or 10.3.2) are working perfectly for some people, thanks to Vr and JustTrying, and I am very thankful for this, because I would never be able to afford the original software. or hardware for that matter. As to your opinion that there are better alternatives, fair enough, use them. The reason why JustTrying developed the
patch for 10.3.0, was due to the fact that his patch was based on the vr7 patch which removed the ilok protection.

All in all, thanks to the effort of Vr Team, and JustTrying, we have a working version of Pro Tools 10 and that is not bad at all, and people who wanted to use Pro Tools got the help they needed in this thread and the two preceding threads, which was also great !

To offend people, who have shared their time with, and for others, by calling them stupid and ignorant, is a bad joke mate !! Nobody is saying you have to use Pro Tools, so go away and have a Merry Christmas !!
