I m really sorry for spaming , uninstalled antitrial and leggit version works perfect again , i dont know if this information make any difference or not and i also dont know if is relevant ... but here it it's ! Have a nice day and thanks anyone involved for the cracked version

Edit: Also forgot to mention that as many other users i experienced many crashes in DC version. A couple times when adding audio tracks and when loading heavy projects

Hey Mister Grimm, if you read former messages you should know that other users of legit versions have no problem with this release, because the patched apps are made to work with only a soft trial license of Cbse Elements (not pro).

Soft licenses are very different than USB licenses, so there should be no problem to have both on the same comp, though it is important that they are installed in different folders.

If you have problems, you should verify 3 things:

1°) Just a safety measure: remove your dongle before doing anything with the AT. You can never know if the developer have / will find new tricks to bother users more and more (like new protection "enhancements" or things like that). Better be safe than sorry.

2°) That you have used AT b10 and not b11, as b11 is buggy. The last release include b10.

3°) That you have setted AT b10 exactly as in the image above in the main post and let it finish its job till the end. Untick the case "launch licenser" at the end of the process, better reboot before verifying your licenses.

Then, only if you have completely finished using AT b10, you can reconnect your precious USB thingie.

With this new procedure, you shouldn't have any problems anymore with your legit version.

Concerning the crashes with DC (Delay Compensation) versions, the devs are working hard on it, we have not found a real solution yet, but I have good hopes about it.

I also hope that new skilled persons will offer to join us to accelerate this long and hard bug-spraying process.

I did excactly as you instruct me and still i have to uninstall antitrial , otherwise cubase 8.5 crush on startup. I read allmost all the comments here before installing v10.5 , just in case and still its crushing my v8.5 ( maybe its a bug, i dunno ) By uninstalling antitrial It works, so no problem for me Anyway i m not concerned , when a more stable version will be out i 'll ditch cubase 8.5 and the dongle for this one ! Thank you for your time ,i really aprecciate that !!!

this is actually very nice... i haven't use Cubase since 5. i only have one problem and i can't fix it no matter how hard i try...
the description says that vstconnect feature has been turned on but i can't seem to get to work niether in cubase nor nuendo...
Any Thoughts?

Issue:
My UAD Demo Plugins expire faster than they should.
Is there any registry entry that changes my time? Started some Demo's yesterday and now I have 3 days left instead of 14 days.

Can you please explain this to me?

Hey Lewlew, I transmitted your bug report to the concerned persons, I hope we will find a solution for you.

I think that your problem could be related to the AT b10. Try to deactivate AT b10 and see if your UAD license shows a normal number of days.

Verify your date and time, if it is not correct then follow the procedure as my message above (point 1°).

Verify the version of the Antitrial you use: it have to be b10 and not b11, as b11 is buggy.

After have deactivated (= uninstalled) AT, don't launch licenser, you should try to reboot first before doing anything.


= = = Important: if you have material (USB) protections like a dongle or anything else, remove it before doing anything with the antitrial! It's a new thing we have discovered, and a new annoyance for legit (paying) users.


As a desperate measure, you could try something: after have deactivated AT and rebooted, try to launch AT again, but this time don't do exactly as in the image above, don't click on "Additional licenses" (but you have though to select 6.11.9), then continue normally. The AT process should be far faster now.

Note: the licenser must not be running each time you do anything with AT, if you see that it is still in memory (elcc exe) you have to reboot before using AT.

Same if you use the patched apps, licenser don't have to be running, forget about it as you don't need it anymore.

Last word: don't update the licenser. Never.

EDIT: hem... 'Last word' is perhaps just a little excessive, as I'm not dead (yet, but perhaps one day St.brg will hire a professional to overcome this annoying problem). And "Don't update the licenser" is certainly the lamest and most ridiculous 'last word' one could say in the entire universe!

Hi. No. My interface is a U.AD A.Pollo Twin Duo.
The interface is also the dongle. No iLok required to use UAD Plugins.+

AFAIK there is also a soft i.lok protection, which doesn't need an USB thing.

I think this is what have happened to you, Perhaps another user could confirm this fact: are the U.AD plugs use the i.lok protection system?

It could be perhaps indicated in the official site... whatever, I'm really sorry for you!


EDIT: Remember what I said earlier many times: before doing anything "official", (if it's your case, remove now your USB dongiez! And then...) deactivate AT first.

Now we know for sure that installing / uninstalling a new demo + entering a serial from completely different developers is included in the "official" things.

This is a statement that I will likely have to repeat many times starting now...

No. The U.AD Plugins aren't linked to any i.lok Device. The UAD Interface is a dongle forhimself. You can't use UAD Plugins without the interface.

I'll give your advice a try!

So for clear:
1. Removing dongle from USB
2. Launching AT and deactivating
3. system start
4. Activating AT B10
5. Plugging in Dongle again

Is this right?

Yes, it is right, except that it is better to disconnect your interface before doing anything!

If your interface plays the role of a dongle, so you have to disconnect it and deactivate AT before:

1°) Installing or uninstalling any demo from any vendor, including St.brg.

2°) Entering a serial in the official app you just Dled, or in the St.brg licenser.

3°) re-Activating AT.

Once the AT is activated and quitted, , only now you can reconnect everything and start using all the things you Dled / buyed absolutely normally.

I know it seems heavy and all, but for now it is the only way to protect you from any undesirable effects of the AT.

I'm the first sorry of all this complication, but I really don't see other ways, considering also the dozens of PMs I receive everyday and the experience acquired thanks to this great and really helping community!

Remember that all that is only for your own personal safety and nothing else.

Not at all, but AFAIK all the protection systems based on the i.lok model are capable to detect date changes, so what happened to you is likely that the protection of your U.AD demos have simply detected the AT b10 someway.

There is several protection systems used in the software world, most of them can detect previous date changes. It's AFAIK what happens.

But I'm sure there's plenty of other demos / other programs that you can try!

Is it possible to install wavelab 9.5.25 after this (Cubase) is installed? Would it mess up the installed licences?

Hey Colinrobot, of course you can install WL or other things from the same vendor, the only thing to remember:

Deactivate AT b10 before doing anything.

Once you have installed the proggie, entered the serial in licenser and validated it: reboot, then you can activate the AT b10 again.

If ever you have a USB protection or anything like that, remove it before doing anything.

Sorry late question been busy .. Do i just run the AT b10 again to Deactivate presumably with option in GUI ? Install WL trial and then re-run AT b10 and check both boxes as described in CB install? Thx for your time SoundLanguage

I didnt read all the comments but what i have to add is That Cubase 10 have again issues with Channel Strip Graphics and both Cubase 10 and 10.5 missing a Voice Designer VST...

Hey Hennessey, this is what we call a "File structure problem", If you have problems with Channel strip it is simply the fact that some XML files are missing in your folder:

C:\Program Files\Stein.b.erg\Cub.a.se 10.5\VST XMLs (without the dots)

Remedy: try to copy the one from the N.u.endo VST XMLs folder, it should be more complete.

In other terms: replace everything that is inside C:\Program Files\Stein.b.erg\Cub.a.se 10.5\VST XMLs (without the dots) by everything that is inside C:\Program Files\Stein.b.erg\N.u.endo 10\VST XMLs (without the dots).

Tell us if it works or not, if not we will surely find another solution.

Thanks for the reply.. Well channel strip problem is just in Cubase 1o.04 but no in Cubase 10.5...
Btw both versions was a clean install in fresh system... I will try reinstall lthem so i will see what is the problem...

Try as I said to copy the content of the N.u.e.ndo VST XMLs folder to the one that is inside your Cbse 10.0.40 installation folder, you will see that it works better.

Hey Bboy Game Multimedia, This error happens because the licenser was still in memory when you launched the AT b10.

Notes: Verify that the version of the AT you use is actually b10 and NOT b11, as b11 is buggy. If ever you have a dongle or USB protection, remove it before doing anything.

If you haven't AT b10, it means that you are using an old version of the release. Please re-download the last version.

What you can do now:

1°) Verify if your system date and time (bottom right) is correct, if they're not click on the hour at the bottom right then click on "Date and time parameters" > the 2 first settings should be ON, if they're not correct it then click on "Synchronize now".

2°) Deactivate (= uninstall) AT b10 (or the buggy b11).

3°) Reboot.

4°) Reactivate AT b10 again as in the image. Be patient, let it finish till the end.
Don't launch licenser at the end, untick the case: "launch licenser".

Apps should work normally now. Good luck!

Have been using this for more than a week extensively and it works amazingly. Thanks to all who made it possible. I have one bug to report and one tip to give.

Bug : CPU spikes occasionally that crashes the application. Happens once every two days.

Tip : To all those who are have the antares issue, Put a MIcro Shift in your Control Room insert and bypass it. Save it as a project preset and you won't have the issue anymore.

We have all I think experimented CPU spikes and excessive memory consomption, this is of course related to the patches, but there is actually 2 devs working hard on this, I hope that other devs and /or skilled audioz members will join them to solve definitively this kind of problem.

Just a little trick from the great member TEAMBEAT2019 for you to try gals and guys:

If you have memory problems or crashes linked to memory when you use the patched apps, you could try this little free utility which regularly cleans the memory in the goal to make more room for new functions and handles, simply said it could avoid some crashes due to memory consumption.

It doesn't solve any internal problem, but for some of us I think it could perhaps improve things significantly, for example if you have an intensive and long mix / recording session.

Just try this, you can never know?

In the menu "File" > "Parameters" > click on the left to the second title "Memory cleanup" > tick the 7th box on the right "Clean when above" and set it to 50%.

Note: You don't have to set it to be loaded all the time (untick the case "General" > "Load on system startup"), only when you use C.bse or N.ndo.

Note 2: On some systems, it seems more efficient when you set it to 70%, I dunno why...

Hi!

Im working a lot with CAD software, Solidworks has also memory issues and crash after awile.
I tried this and all warnings and craches is gone.
Maybe it´s working aswell for Cubase?

Clean out Temp folders once a week.
You can use resource monitor to do that.

Swap file:
Set Windows Pagefile Max and min to 3 times memory.
Or 64GB. Set it bigger if you want.
