Well, First of all thanks for the upload and Team V.R its the only DAW i didnt get the chance to try, now i downloaded and installed it on Windows 8 Enterprise Evalution.
but on start i get a DAE Buffer error -9514 message(wich i assume its soundcard prob.) but have 2 soundcards M-Audio Fast track Pro and internal Creamware Pulsar2. Even when i lower the cash of them still doesn't work. any one can help please???

Try using 'ASIO for all'.
Use protools aggregate as your playback engine.

new install of win i got missing dll files first few times loading then it cleared out? i too, had no sound the plugs loaded at start up are disable so load battery,kontakt or what have u Seems
to be really buggy, and almost not using after awhile, obviously its needs better crack but htere on the right path

If I read here all the celebrations comments about Pro Tools so I really ask my self what all the brainless teenager here did miss in his life.
And the best is now the actually problems, Pro Tools doesn't work well with Waves PlugIns.
Now the Audioz Amateurs Members have a professional problem in their cracked PlugIn Collection STUDIO.
Because Waves PlugIns are "Must to Have" Rule for any Amateur Musician who have duty to fill up his HDD with Music Production Software to be the absolute No1 Musician who was probably not able to create one reasonable song in his whole career as HDD fill up Leecher.
But doesn't matter, there is outside cracked Pro Tools and Waves plugin!
We don't need that as Tool's for work, but we need that all and even more to fill up our HDD's!!!

Me and my cousin has this discussion since he moved to PT. Did it make ya music better? I say....he said no but at least i'm in the big leagues. Well if you can't work the tools you had before and get good results PT is just another tool that won't help. If little kids can make a hit song with FL Studio then to me its not tool but the man behind with his craft. I feel you audiozuser, this is just for bragging rights to say I got Pro Tools HD. PreSonus just needs to step their game up and make valid updates and leave Avid in the wind........

Not knocking the effort but everybody hit the newsflash and said OMG PT HD!. Pro Tools isn't that nice. They fell off only the big studios is their clients. I'll just bounce wav files and let them deal with PT rigs. This is just a thing to have to say I got it. Lets all form a line and go back to what really felt good to you. Hits are made with pencils and a plastic cup like Timbaland....LOL.

Go to another website forums to hear PT users. They do bark they just don't come here because they got their setup and need to scram and make money for the investment. I was talking in this community, and I'm not dissing it. Just saying if ya music was cool to begin with then PT is not gonna make it radio friendly or whatever results you looking for. This area is for those who trying to get in the game, not those with 50 plus grand setups. Good Luck with that.


Davlet not to disrespect and dissect ya above comment but those users of those progams plus Logic has made countless hits and I'm pretty sure PT users had that cavalier attitude and said those guys don't got what we got. Well with this release they do but still bank on those programs. Imagine that?

I will repeat the same thing as before Protools only has a few things left that Reaper does not have yet and it's down to a few things( and those things there are some workarounds already). The other features Reaper blows by Protrap tools like a bat out of hell. Many Tv Studios are switching to Reaper and run them in their mobile trucks for Audio recording. Avid is indeed threatned by that .


My tv station in town is running a Reaper Workstation!!! on a tour recently there. I think many people are sick and tired of AVID's promisses, the time has passed avid and avid has been caught flat footed. Reaper is 6 megs!!!! super tightly coded and is very open, you can add your own extentions and mods , themes, make your own plugins using the JS scripting. All this stuff is incredible and I love it. If I want a feature I have the power and the full "yes you can " from Cockos!!! Thanks guys. I ran Protools 10 for about 5 minutes then uninstalled it and said okay that's it back to Reaper LOL

I was try a lot DAW's, legal purchased, even Pro Tools HD with HD Omni Interface for what a spend more than 6k Euro.
I was never really satisfied with a "all-round" DAW, I don't like to use separated DAW's to do various tasks.
After many years of collected experiences I switch to Logic Studio, DAW for less than 200 Euro, I get the Boxed Version in Ebay for 150 Euro :)
And now I'm endless satisfied with Logic, I can work very creative from composing, arrangement until final Mix.
The offered functions and possibilities in Logic are just amazing and no one should underrate this DAW because of his low price or because Apple did takeover Emagic Company.
Logic is for me really The Best DAW ever, usability, performance, and a lot more.
Pro Tolls, Cubase, Nuendo etc. all this was for me like nightmare, but whole life are a learning process.
I get my lesson and the result are for me Logic, nothing else.

Hooray every person who has ever been asking and wondering how good Protools is can now see for themselves. Mind you don't judge it by the fact that an internal patch may or may not be 100% just look at the app itself and realize its showing its age just like a pair of NS10's.

I have the misfortune to see daily people defend this app .... reminds me of Nero playing his Fiddle while Rome was burning.

REAPER the one and only Daw I will ever use!!!

Is it not funny I have access to even Protools 10 and after 5 minutes I go back to Reaper and to hell with Protools LOL.

Oh well at least now all of you can see what a piece of dung this Daw is. nothing but overhyped crap and I am excited and very happy this crap got hacked!!!

hey, amazing software. whats about the hardware ? when i start pro tools the software need the hardware und then close the programm. i dont have any pro tools hardware..so i doesnt work without the hardware ? or does exist a hardware-emulator ?

It Appears to be a LEGIT CRACKED copy...HOWEVER...there is a common Pro Tools error out there:

"Could not allocate memory for disk cache. Try lowering your disk buffer (DAE Buffer), disk cache size or engine voice count. If you got this error on launch, delete your pref and try again (-9514)"

I tried everything...no Joy...

Its gonna be bugged til you plug in the necessary equipment. Pro Tools will work if you got the cards and the setup rigs. Just go back to the same thing you had and work that mechanics. Otherwise you'll be here forever looking for a solution.
