Pro Tools HD 10.3.9 for Mac [WORKiNG] screenshot
Mac OSX | 02.06.2014
Pro Tools 10 software is the latest version of Avid's flagship music creation and audio production software, and delivers many great new features.
Speed up editing and mixing workflows with Clip Gain.

Work more easily with AudioSuite-rendered clips with reverse processing handles and other new workflows.
Get great responsiveness on slower hard drives with the enhanced disk handler.
Work with more plug-ins and maintain total phase accuracy with 4x more Automatic Delay Compensation (16k vs. 4k in Pro Tools 9).
Create bigger mixes in Pro Tools HD, with higher track counts.
And get over 500 new Pro Tools commands when using
Artist Series, System 5, and other EUCON-enabled consoles.

Just in case Avid changes the protection
(or you get paranoid downloading from avid )
I made a mirror of the 10.3.9 installer available as of now, you'll find it in the peeplink.

Be sure to watch the video and to read the readme.rtfd included.
(famous Apple's text format that stands for Read The Fucking Document)

This crack is finally working, the only downside is that you must use
the fade tool to create fades, if you use the menu item "Create Fades"
or the shortcut cmd+F it crashes, so don't try, btw the fade tool
is the easiest and fastest way to create fades in PT so you should use that anyway.

Fix Notes:
Many people faced problem with the previous patch+loader,
I made a mistake to share it on the wave of enthusiasm,
it was in a too early stage and not fully working.

Now we think this can be declared a final crack,
openssh spotted the pseudo-random iLok checks and circumvented the CRC checks,
it's now totally usable unlike the previous partial crack.
The new loader should be fool-proof. Just follow instructions.

Reversing and patch scripting by openssh.
Loader applet by copylefter.

Have fun!

Hola Svenj,

Hi!
Sorry to bother you, but I tried everything I could come up with and didn't find a solution. I have the same Problem as some others. When I try to start the Loader it says "The action β€œRun AppleScript (Launch PT)” encountered an error." and stops immediately. I'm using OSX 10.9.3, I downloaded the "Pro_Tools_10_3_9_Mac_81790.dmg" almost a week ago from the AVID website without the download manager, I downloaded the "PT10[K].7z" from all possible locations and unpacked it with keka, I batchmodded everything in every way (after trying without), cleaned the whole accessibility list and made it new from scratch (even with the command lines from your mavericks fix), of course I uninstalled everything and installed it again, and yes - the loader is in the protools folder. I don't know what else to do. Could you help me?

Does this help at all?
How to enable access for assistive devices on Mavericks

When you say you've downloaded the loader and patched protools from all locations, that to me is a bit of a worry.
I'd suggest deleting every single one of them and re-downloading this one.
For all you know you could be using an old loader and not even know about it.

Also you'll need to unlock system prefs and drag the loader onto the app list to enable assistive devices.
I'm on Mountain Lion so it was pretty straight forward for me. Sorry I can't help much with Mavericks.
Go back and read all the comments because there are one or two Maverick users here that have got it working.

quote by dfekt0Created an account just to confirm that this works on Mavvy 10.9.3. People who are having problems with this must be missing steps or doing something wrong.

Steps I used:

1. Installed Pro Tools (I just used the Avid download)
2. Used Keka to unpack the loader, etc.
3. Copied the Loader and the k'ed PT file to Applications/Avid/Pro Tools
4. Batchmod-ed them both...clicked all the checkmarks for both to get full ownership and permissions, blah blah blah.
5. After Batchmod-ing the loader, opened up System Preferences > Security and Privacy > clicked the padlock > dragged the loader into the list. Hit the padlock again to lock it back up.
6. Double click the loader to start PT.
7. Done.

Will report back if I run into any glitches. I didn't need to do any of the terminal hacks or any funny business to get it running. Just make sure to use Keka and Batchmod.

Big thanks to you guys for finally getting this out there! Appreciate it.

Ok guys I just tried many times on 4 different 10.9.3 clean installs, and guess what? It works. Every. Single. Time.
I'm starting to think that either:
- all errors are on 10.9 cause Mavericks is the system preferred by fools
or
- the compatibility problem is not with mavericks, but with the machine.
As the bitslicer included is an alpha version it may still be buggy. Dunno.

To start with, many of you are on 10.9.1 or 10.9.2, so update to 10.9.3,
that's the system I tested it on and which works.
I did a video for Mavericks installation, you can download it here:
(Dunno why but I can't upload to Vimeo, 429error all the time)

No need to continue redownload installer, that's it.
Just use Keka to unpack, that's more important.

still unable to use ¨buses¨, what should i do? im on mountain lion, another reinstall??
  Resident 9.05.2014 1 503

What type of busses are you trying to use? Mono, stereo, 5.1, 7.1?
What exactly are you doing at the point of the crash?
It may be something other than the patched protools that's causing your trouble because I can use busses on ML 10.8.5

I don't mean to sound condescending but are you sure its busses that crash it or is it this:
"Bus error" in thread "Main Thread", at address 0x0?
Because that is something totally unrelated to this patched protools.

Also, have you tried to import IO settings from a known working session?

Are you saying busses crash it or are you saying you can't use busses?
Here's a good tutorial on using busses in protools:
Protools busses tutorial

It would be nice if you could let me know how you get on.

I've never known so many people having problems installing.
It wouldn't surprise me if it's purely down to over-excitement.
I bet my bottom dollar that some of you are clicking the continue button before the session has had chance to load.

Guys, other than this I don't know how to help further.
Dunno, may I set up a remote desktop and install it for you?

(kidding uh, don't PM me with request for that )
I feel your frustration, the problem is that I can't reproduce error
on Mavericks, otherwise I could fix it.
Today I'll do some more tests

You clearly haven't read the comments before posting..
If you go back and read them you'll find there are people who, just like Mr Del Monte, say YES! As long as your operating system is running in 64 bit mode.

I have some interesting news regarding the "The action β€œRun AppleScript (Launch PT)” encountered an error." problem on 10.9.3 - when I start the Pro Tools app and start the Loader app immediately afterwards it works!

This is really cool !
for me its working without using the laoder!
I just run the Pro Tools app without an error.
I'm runnin the latest version of Mavericks.

Steps:
1. Installed
2. Replaced Pro Tools.app
3. Start

thats all i did and it works great !

UPDATE: The only Error I get is by quitting Pro Tools "Authorization Error : Pro Tools 10 cannot run because it is corrupted. Please try reinstalling the product"

But that doesn't matter because its only popping up if I quit Pro Tools and I don't get errors while running so its all good :)

Guys why you don't read the thread?
Have you actually did something with it?
Only error on quit? Try to open a bus and let me know...
The loader is needed, otherwise why make it?

btw, listen everybody:
I'm uploading a manual patch for everybody
who have problems that MUST work.
It will solve both 10.9.3 problems and help the very few
people who can't run on other OS X versions too.
Check back in a couple hours, my ul speed is scandalous

well i don't know why it's working here without the loader, but i can tell you that on my sys it's really working without the pt loader.
As I said before I only get an error when I quit Pro Tools.
New Sessions, Import and bouncing working fine. I didn't get an error while running Pro Tools.

Make a send on a track to a bus.
If you succeed at instantiating it (unlikely)
repeatedly click on the bus slot to show/hide.

okay that causes the same error as on quitting.
My fault... sorry.
Well i'll use that loader when i create new sessions, but only for importing & bouncing it works good without it :)
