Omnisphere 2 Library | 72 GBKEYSCAPE™ is an extraordinary new virtual instrument featuring the largest selection of collector keyboards in the world. From “holy grail” pianos to stunning keyboards you didn’t even know existed, this is a keyboardist’s dream come true.
Ten years in the making, each of these sought-after keyboards was carefully restored and then deeply multisampled by the renowned Spectrasonics Sound Development Team. These compelling and highly expressive sounds will inspire you to PLAY!
The process began with going to the ends of the earth to find and restore each one of these rare and incredibly special instruments with the top technicians and expert craftsmen from each discipline. We even went as far as spending years redoing these instruments from scratch again and again until they were totally “right.” This incredible attention to detail and meticulous care given to each instrument allowed us to develop these sounds to a whole new level of authentic tone.
While it’s every performing keyboardist’s dream to have the very best instruments instantly available anywhere, Keyscape is equally useful in the studio for producers and composers. Since these instruments can be easily transformed into amazing “unreal” sounds with the powerful STEAM Engine® under the hood, Keyscape easily turns these coveted instruments from History into innovative new sounds of the Future.
Custom ControlsThe Custom Controls presented for each Patch allow you to go far beyond the original sound. The intuitive interface includes useful performance controls and high-quality creative effects processing specially crafted for each Patch. Hundreds of included Patches showcase the remarkable versatility and ability to dramatically customize these iconic sounds to your music.
Authentic ExpressionWith many of these collector instruments, it’s really the imperfections that make them so interesting. Instead of cleaning up all the quirks and noises they make, we made sure to closely capture them since they are a big part of their vibe. In addition to that, our software team closely modeled the authentic behavior and mojo of vintage amplifiers, classic effects units, and unique subtleties like mechanical noises, pedal noises, and release overtones to bring these sounds to a whole new level of authenticity and dynamic expression.
Hybrid "Duo" SoundsAlong with the hundreds of patches based on the 36 instrument models, Keyscape includes special hybrid "Duo" sounds which combine two of the instruments to create something entirely new. The unique timbre of these Duo patches make them some of the most creative and inspiring sounds in Keyscape!
Omnisphere IntegrationAs a bonus for Omnisphere 2 users, Keyscape also integrates fully as a satellite instrument within the Omnisphere® interface. Keyscape will simply appear as a library inside Omnisphere’s browser for users of both plugins. This capability allows Omnisphere 2 users to harness additional functionality like Live Mode, Stack Mode, Multitimbrality, endless FX routings and the full synthesis power of the STEAM Engine® to explore endless new sonic possibilities and combinations.

How to install this version of Keyscape
How to install this version of Keyscape
============ PREPARE YOUR OMNISPHERE ============
Before installing, make sure your Omnisphere is ready. You must have a complete, working version of Omnisphere 2. Also, your Omnisphere must be a cracked version, not the legitimate version. Also, you must be current. Load your Omnisphere in a host and open it. You will see the 'About' window, with version information. (You can also open the 'About' window by clicking the Spectrasonics logo in the main Omnisphere window). In the 'About' window you should see something like this:
Instruments
Omnisphere Software 2.3.1 64 bit
Omnisphere Soundsources v2.0.1c
Omnisphere Patches v2.3.0c
Those are the current version numbers as of today, 12/4/16. If you see older version numbers, you should obtain updates. The necessary updates are currently available at this site, as follows:
Spectrasonics Omnisphere 2.3.1 Software Update include soundsources 2.0.1c
/software/win/119465-download_spectrasonics-omnisphere-231software-update-inluce-soundsources-201c.html
Spectrasonics Omnisphere Patches 2.3.0c update WiN OSX
/software/win/117864-download_spectrasonics-omnisphere-patches-230c-update-win-mac.html
I believe a complete, cracked Omnisphere 2 is not currently available at this site. If you don't already have that, you must obtain it elsewhere.
============ PUT THINGS WHERE THEY BELONG ============
When you download and uncompress the items in this post, you will have a folder Keyscape. That folder must be placed here:
STEAM/
Now find and open this folder:
STEAM/Keyscape/Soundsources/Factory/Keyscape Library/Keyboards/
Ultimately this Keyboards folder should contain 53 files, with names ending db or db2. Below is a complete list of these files. These files have a total size of about 77gb.
When you first uncompress your download, these files are inside separate, individual folders. You must remove these files from the individual folders, and place the files together inside the folder Keyboard. When you are done, the folder Keyboard contains only files. It contains no folders.
============ OPEN OMNISPHERE ============
Once you have everything in the right place, open a new, empty file in the program you use to host plugins. Add the Omnisphere plugin. At the lower left corner of the main Omnisphere window, there are six buttons. The fifth button is a circular arrow. This means 'refresh browser.' Press this button.
At the upper-left corner of the main Omnisphere window, you should see the heading "Patch Browser." Under this you should see "Directory: All Spectrasonics." Click on this menu, and one of the choices should be "Keyscape Library." Select "Keyscape Library," and then you should see a list allowing you to browse all 450 Keyscape patches. For reference, you can see a list of those patches here:

Note: by default, the correct location for the folder Keyscape Library is here:
STEAM/Keyscape/Soundsources/Factory/
However, a few users have reported that they had problems they solved by putting the Keyscape Library folder here, instead:
STEAM/Omnisphere/Soundsources/Factory/
Note: the forward slash (/) is used when describing a path on Macintosh (as well as UNIX and other systems). On Windows, the custom is to use backslash (\). The above pathnames follow the Macintosh style.
Note: in these instructions I attempt to summarize ideas from many different users who posted comments here, so thanks to those users for reporting what they experienced.
