Sampled with ‘Prismsound Orpheus’ precision you will not be disappointed. Provided in 192, 96 khz and 44.1 khz. Full package is 232 mb with 15 presets. 10 distortion kernels. Please note that these require a fully licensed Nebula Pro license to enjoy.

This is a beautiful sampling of the reverred ’73 but this, unlike my ‘Replica NV Pre’, is the real deal. The line in is sampled and included as well so you have a choice of sounds. Designed to be scattered all across your mix at will your mixes will take on that classic sound with clarity and that famous mid range that we all love. Use in conjunction with your favourite algorithmic emulation.

Strings – what a pain to get airy strings that are non fatiguing. Well it depends on how good the strings are recorded to start with but if you want that nice wispy air that only high end audio can offer – try these presets for size.Featuring overlapping and interacting bands this package takes away the need to use many instances of Nebula to get a biting, cutting, silky, airy sound, bright sound – but always treating your source with integrity.

This is a bus preset I sampled in my travels around studios. It will not add ‘oodles’ of low end vibe but a clear mid range and high end forward colouration. After much testing I resolved to sample out of the headphone/monitor out as I liked the slightly brighter sound. It measures fairly flat in frequency response but it does have character. There are many many NV flavours out there so I needed a unique output. This can work well with my tape sim library which takes off a little high end in some of the presets. You can also pair it with the preamps I have available for a NV chain. Add that famous NV pedigree to your tracks and masters. May not work on masters with already bright material. I have sampled the hardware using one channel in six settings. Three are normal ( Low, Med and Max) and other three have the wide setting invoked for a ‘slightly’ more spacious mix. You can of course add the transformer magic to any track you wish. I find it really nice on electric guitars, pianos or drums or in fact anything you want to clarify without using an equaliser. Try placing it on a track in front of a one of my Replica NV preamps and it will add some serious clarity – I know it is counter intuitive but try it. Also works GREAT with Titan eq if a preset is on the dull side. Place it after Titan. This really can be a secret weapon……….and the width ( oh the width ) just adds a tad of dimension.

This is a simple sampling of a very famous FET based compressor. Useful in adding a touch of excitement especially to vocals. No sampling of such a piece can be exhaustive but this light sampling helps you get an edgier mojo. Check out the stunning IK Multimedia Black VST emulation to pair with your mojo pack. It really gets dirty if you need it to so don’t be afraid to push it.
