Each sound is a documentation of a specific setting that will never be captured again. Super crisp high frequencies organically produced and played with no FX. These sounds were recorded to inspire creators from a wide range of musical genres, from Electronic to Hip Hop and from Tribal to Trap. As a bonus, you can find 13 loops made from the pack's one shots. Performed and produced by Ben Aylon.

I recently purchased an analog synth kit from 1979. As soon as I had finished soldering the instrument together, I sampled it and turned it into a Decent Sampler instrument. As youā€™ll see, itā€™s a fairly basic analog synth although I did a bunch of controls that arenā€™t on the actual unit: ADSR envelope, Reverb, Chorus, and Vibrato to the controls. Enjoy!

ETHEREAL TEXTURES

Gentle Winds is a collection of the experiments conducted for Dan Keenā€™s eventual Petrichor library. Recordings of an array of Saxophones and Recorders were made and combined with Fracture Soundsā€™ atmospheric sound design to form a library of ethereal woodwind textures, available for free! To form ideas for his latest library, Dan Keen set about recording a set of woodwind instruments in a dry space to get a sense of what the instruments could achieve and how that would translate into samples. The experiments were successful and eventually led to the ā€œWispā€ articulation, which forms the cornerstone of Petrichor: Earthy Winds.
