REQ: Encanti ZEElay
ZEElay is a multi-delay line audio effect that can be played with MIDI notes like an instrument.
The idea originates from the tendency for delay lines to generate tones when feeding back at high frequency time intervals. However, most delay lines are programmed to interpret time in milliseconds or rhythmic subdivisions. This plugin interprets incoming MIDI notes from an external MIDI track, and translates the note frequency values into milliseconds for it’s six delay modules. The effect also makes use of note on/off to trigger an ADSR envelope, routable to the overall feedback amount and to the cutoff frequency of each delay’s internal low-pass filter. Essentially, ZEElay is an effect plugin with the playability and features of a semi-modular synthesizer.
