Just asking to be sure, the release size is stated as 84GB, but it seems to be only about 62GB. is this correct? I assume that's packed vs unpacked?

i always had issues with the write permission stuff with previous versions, so i really want to try this one out. plz let me know if anyone got sucessful on MAC/OSX!
plus, would it be difficult to install on mac since there's no instructions?

props to Pirate for posting this up! I just built a hackintosh and have been dealing with the BS updating every fucking patch library shit trying to get this synth going.
good to see that there is one installer now that takes care of everything!
This site is my fav ill be donating some BTC once this build is complete and im back to make tunes!

Since you are wondering let me give you the answer so you stop wondering. Zippyshare has a 500MB limit (less that that in reality) . Do the math and divide 64 GB by 500 GB. We are talking 128 links and all the work involved in it for something that will not last. I have a job and my free time is limited. What you need to do is support this site by purchasing a premiun account from one of the links . I see that you have been here for 5 years. Stop wondering , pull the trigger, get a premiun account and kill 2 birds with one shot.

Guys, girls,and ...I have gone out of my way trying to please as many as I can with this release. Pleaaaaaase stop asking me to reduce it, to separate the library from the extras, to do this and do that. This release is what it is . There is no further modification that can be done without uploading again 64GB and changing all the links. And that I am NOT DOING IT!

Followed instructions as given, but at Step 6B I get an error message after I start Omnisphere as administrator: "Unable to access plugin folder at C:\ProgramData\Spectrasonics\STEAM\Omnisphere. Check folder permissions".

There is no STEAM nor Omnisphere folder. Just these files in the Spectrasonics folder:

1. Plug-ins with sub-folders 64bit\Omnisphere.dll
2. AUDIO16.DAT
3. Omnisphere.exe
4. STEAM- shotcut created in Step 3

How to proceed? Thanks in advance for any help.

Problem SOLVED!
After I created the correct path to folders, the error message disappeared.
At step 6 F registration window disappeared a couple of times before I could click "Continue".
Omnisphere now up and running

If It is telling you to check your folder permissions. Do that. And run the software as an administrator.
You are saying there is no STEAM nor Omnisphere folder. So where did the 84GB went to? There should not be a STEAM folder nor any Omnisphere folder in there, only the shortcut to the STEAM folder plus everything else you told me you have. Check your short cut path.
If you followed the instructions as written you should not have any problems. I already received messages from other members that installed it so the error is at your end. Send me a PM if you need further help.
