"not very good products" by TC - well, my friend, if these are indeed the TC System 6000 codes ported 1:1 you should know that pretty much 90% of what you heard coming out in the last 20 years in temrs of audio production was in one way or another produced, mixed or mastered with the 6000; so, not very good is a relative term, ya knaw.

My opinion is way better, I don't even need to test them, I know this plugins are bad just by looking at them.
MY GEAR: Only Hi-End HW sonically engineered for us cats, which you've probably never heard about and will never have access to, cuz we r awesome and u suk.

Once again, not impressed by these plugins. You can twist any way you want, they are not great by any stretch of the imagination. Check the reverbs against Liquidsonics and you will hear the huge difference.

That said, if you love them, that's fine. Everyone has preferences.

I am on desktop, AMD FX 6130, 16 giga Corsair RAM.
It's very rare to see so much load on cpu, and is just happens from some plugins. In that case from VSS3. When i take them out i go down to 12%. Switch smart disable for plugins always on.

They are CPU-hungry and not very good, to be honest. You'd expect more from TC Electronic.

VSS3 is quite reasonable on CPU hit although nothing to the ear that sets it apart from any other mediocre reverb, but finding VSS4HD is ridiculous, poor efficiency w/ 30-50% CPU hit (VST3s) under S1v5 legit, Win10 legit on i7-10875H 5.1GHz, 16GB RAM. Bummer.

Thank you for the share, I'll wait till TC fix code efficiency before considering purchase on fire dumpster sale. Fanboys rejoice, for others likely nothing much to see here imo. Your mileage may vary of course. Regards and be well.

Err, maybe fortune favours fools, but they both use way less CPU here.
Win7, i7 3770!, Reaper roughly:
VSS3 0,4%
VSS4 3,0%

To compare: TDR Nova 4 bands dynamic 0,9%

Same here, almost-ish...i7 3770 albeit Win8...negligible hit on CPU with an instance of VSS3.
