Hello AudioUTOPIA:

I am gettin many errors: "ERROR 1309" as is the installer was uncomplete and at the end the install wizard gives an irrecoverable error saying that the program could not be assemblied, and rolls back all the installation.

Installing first the aax effects, there are less "ERROR 1309" but with the same bad result at the end (rollback of the installation).

Any idea about what´s happening?

Not sure if this is any help - My laptop has Win 8.1 x64 Enterprise and I was getting the same errors, I was using the built-in sound card and just the stock windows audio driver. I installed ASIO4ALL then PT started up no problem. So far I only completed steps 1 & 2 from the installer (apart from installing ASIO4ALL). No iLok installed or Avid HD Drivers etc

Incidentally, I got similar errors trying to install PT 10.3.9 on the same system a while back - I didn't bother pusuing it at the time. Perhaps PT doesn't like Win 8.1 stock drivers...

I've got the same problem and i don't see anywhere in the nfo something about this problem, is it normal and you just have to ignore?

I'm not getting those particular errors but the installer is going to sleep after looking OK for a few seconds.
I've tried everything from unplugging the internet, switching off my sound card and Norton 360 to decompressing to a spare drive at the root level. This software just won't install on my computer.

To fix <ERROR 1309>,, Here is how it worked for me.
Before the following procedurs , I cleaned my PC, Uninstalled older protools, Peace licence support..( I had cleaned all Avid things from my installed programs list).
1. Extract it with winrar
2. rename the extracted file from <Avid Pro Tools HD v12.3.1.88512 WIN x64 READ NFO-AudioUTOP> to one letter name like <A>.
3. Then copy the The file named < Pro tools > to your desktop
4. Install it.
It worked for me windows 8.1 pro. 64 bit

From a grateful Mac user, I am absolutely in AWE for the person(s) responsible for this amazing feat!!! I can't imagine from a reverse engineering perspective the amount of time and effort that was put forth in order to make this happen. Let us all rejoice in jubilation over this great day!!! Has anyone heard anything about this new team? In the nfo for the Eiosis AirEQ it is stated it took about two weeks to figure out how to crack ilok, and 4 months more to crack 'as many targets as possible'. My bet is that 'the little pixie that woke up' is AD, since we know it cannot be Gouda.

AD is the other head behind all the syncrosoft cracks. Just figuring - how can someone new and unexperienced crack something this big; accidents do happen, but the info suggests directly that 'it is someone of the old school'.

I doubt it's AD or what's left of AiR.

The guy who showed up a while bk talking abt ilok2 cracking seemed to know his stuff and got round it pretty quickly from what I recall. He obviously wasn't a newbie to reversing.

I thought it was funny that he was mocked by the so called elite who frequent this place and think they're the only ones in the know...bt this just goes to show they were wrong....very wrong.

So first off I would like to say "THANK YOU AudioUTOPIA AND R2R" for this fine holiday surprise! This is by far one of the best things to have happened in a long time.

I would also like to ask if this release need any HD hardware? I have a MOTU 192 HD and was wondering if I could use this release. Also is this working along side any other already installed versions of PT? I have read a post on AS that it was but I am wondering if it is solid.

Me too, I have a Motu 828 mk II. If you go to the Avid Pro Tools page, you'll see that pt 12 HD is compatible with any third party interface that supports ASIO. So, let's hope!

Will all previously cracked/patched AAX by R2R work in this version of PT?

Or are we currently in a situation where no other AAX plugins (other than the recent UTOPiA uploads and legit versions) work?
