on official website, it seems you van only pre-ordre joe satriani presets, on this version, when you load preset it said unknown amp, unknown stmp, unknowm cab, when you right clic on installator you find it's a 4.9.0 version it's non a 4.9.1 version.

Where are you getting this information? I'm reading here that this is definitely available via the Custom Shop (and included in the latest version of Amplitube MAX, also). If you think this is the wrong version of Amplitube, you can download the full installer directly from their site (the demo installer is the full installer) ... but you'll get the same results.

The problem is most likely that the keygen only unlocks v4.9.0, even if you have v4.9.1 installed. You won't be able to access the Satriani stuff until you can unlock it with the proper license. The keygen needs to be updated.

See above. You can download the full v4.9.1 installer from IK's site (the demo installer IS the full installer), and the installer here is probably the v4.9.1 installer. But the keygen only unlocks v4.9.0, so that's the only version you can access, even if v4.9.1 is installed on your machine. To unlock the Satriani stuff, you need a keygen that unlocks v4.9.1. Hopefully, one will get released soon.

Hi, when I switch to "Presets Browser" I get an error message: Can't open Presets database. Does anyone knows a fix? I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but the issue continues.

I just downloaded this and I can confirm: the installer is definitely for v4.9.1, but the keygen only unlocks v4.9. The installer installs v4.9.1, but without a keygen that unlocks v4.9.1, all the additional goodies -- in particular, the Satriani stuff -- will be greyed out. We'll have to wait for either the next release or for R2R to put out a revised keygen.
