I would dig that! Doesn't Vienna run 32-bit? It seems like there would be a way to have a host program like that run 64-bit, but stream through a 32-bit plug.

Hi, first thanx a lot for the share (and all the stuff done by R2R), but it seems the Darrel's models don't work on mac (Mojave/Logic Pro/Standalone). Products are not registered despite the plugin is by itself. I uninstall at first, then reinstall from scratch and it kept my old key which doesn't include those new features. Can someone give some help to resolve that trouble please? Thanx in advance and sorry if i'm the only to be as dumb as a beginner ;-).

You can just enter the new keygen serial in the IK Authorization Manager, replacing the old one. You can either do this via the Authorization Manager app itself, which is in your Apps folder, or via the Amplitude 4 standalone or plug.

(Edit: You actually do have to run the keygen again after installing 4.8.0. I installed over 4.7.0 without reauthorizing. It upgraded to 4.8.0 okay, and the DD presets showed up, but when I tried to load one, I got a message said that the actual amp and stomp models weren't installed and that the preset would sound different than intended. I reauthorized via the Authorization Manager and it loaded fine after that.)

Old but reliable computer, don't want to change that yet. I'll use alternatives instead.

But lately I noticed here platforms aren't mentioned as much compared to the past which is sad. Based on kvr poll still around %10-15 run 32 bit windows.

Amplitube 3 still runs 32-bit. Honestly, other than a snazzier interface and some new stuff, like the Slash (and now Dimebag) models, you're really not missing much. Although, considering 64-bit processing has been around for twelve years or so, and is pretty cheap to get into, as there's plenty of old and refurbished computers that can pull it off, you may wanna think about setting up a 64-bit computer on the side.

Old computers can pull it off but I would say you need at least 8GB of Ram. Less Ram than that you are doomed to a slow and crappy workflow

Well, I wouldn't get a really old computer -- you can get a decent laptop or desktop with an i5 or i7 processor and the ability to house plenty of RAM for fairly cheap. If it can't run the latest OS, don't buy it.

If you can see the Dimebag Darrell CFH Collection then you have the latest version, full stop. If you cant then there is something wrong with your installation.
