Ableton Live lets you easily create, produce and perform music within one intuitive interface. Live keeps everything in sync and works in real-time, so you can play and modify your musical ideas without interrupting the creative flow.

Live comes with a versatile collection of instruments, sounds, kits and loops for creating any kind of music and provides a full complement of effects to tweak and process your sound.

Ableton has updated Live 9 to v9.7 which brings more sample slicing options, a new drum layout and on-screen display improvements to Push, Ableton's hardware instrument. Plus you can route audio or MIDI right from the unit, so you can stay in your flow while you switch ins and outs for sampling and resampling. And if you don't use Push, the new slicing capabilities are now features of all editions of Live 9 – from Lite to Suite.

Improvements and feature changes:

New Simpler Slicing modes (Beat, Region, Manual) are now available.
As a consequence of the new Simpler features, Live Sets created with this version cannot be opened with previous versions anymore.
The beat time of connected apps in a Link session will be aligned when starting Live's playback with Tap Tempo or via Looper.
Updated manual, lessons and info text translations.

I could send you a link from my Ableton account, but it won't do you any good. The word is, R2R has to modify the installers for these in order for the patch to work.

Good old Audioz... still telling me about updates to things I own before their respective developers. Thanks R2R

just replace the patched exe into the folder u installed ableton generate license and block services.ableton.com in your host if using internet and everything should work 100% fine

One of the reasons that I stopped using Live for DJing was the lackluster audio quality for Complex Pro, so I'll be interested in hearing about the improvements in sound for that warp mode.

that was so simple.. I created a folder with only one character on root (ex. C:\1) then extracted the whole thing.

This method works. For what it is worth, this is not caused by any error in the installer archive - it is a limitation of the NTFS filesystem. I had no problems at all on a ReFS volume.

just like the last release, unfortunately for me, windows 10, 64bit., i receive an error during install. Basically, it's asking for authorization of a drum set. idk. Thanks anyway. I'll stick with 9.6, haven't had any issues with it.

Im on win7 64bit and yes i even tried to unpack with winrar but still get error during install.. when u try to unpack Ableton_LiveSuite_971_WIN_Patched the normal way u get error also while unpacking..

But if you dont have a patcher, they will be useless i think.

save these and for further issues just change the version nummers in the particular lines
Maybe R2R or any other group could release a keygen in the future. Who knows?
