Because your old libraries it sees, because you also have SD, need updates to work in SD.
The message is to do with libraries.
And remember, VR is who always deals with TT updates when they happen, and that we don't request anything in the comments section.

Mac Mini - M1 / macOS 12.3.1:

Universal Binaries, but ARM version not working.

Standalone crashes when opened in ARM mode. Has to be codesigned and opened with Rosetta.

Core Library Installer has to be unlocked using Batchmod.

AU needs to be validated by launching Logic Pro X in Rosetta Mode. Plugin only working with Logic Pro X in Rosetta Mode.

Yet not quite usefull on M1 Mac. :-/

Stand alone will not open Logic/Mojave is there a codesign??

As usual:

sudo codesign --force --deep --sign - /Applications/Toontrack/EZdrummer\ 3.app

Worked perfect for me.

Don't forget to turn on "Open with Rosetta" if you're on ARM.

codesign did not work, I get this:
Applications/Toontrack/EZdrummer 3.app: the codesign_allocate helper tool cannot be found or used

Any ideas Mojave / Logic

Would a kind soul please share how the heck do you open the Installer? It gives me the "the application installer can't be opened" when double clicked and when right clicking and closing open. Not privilege thing cause it does not show on System Prefs/Security&Privacy. Catalina user here.

frist try CTRL + right click

if not, do this and then run with either double click or CTRL + right click:

xattr -cr installer.app
sudo codesign -f -s - installer.app
chmod -R 775 installer.app

But I found this other command on google (before you wrote me this reply) and that did the trick:

- Find the Installer.app for the installer
- Right-click -> Show Package Contents
- Contents -> MacOS -> find Installer
- Open Terminal
- Type chmod +x (space after the x) and drag the above Installer file onto the Terminal window and press Enter
- Go back and run Installer.app normally

You realise you are on Intel so you shouldn't really have any problems; it seems to be your individual problem so far.

You need to install the Xcode Tools via the Terminal application. Use this script once the Terminal application is open: xcode-select --install
Press enter and follow the instructions. Once the installation of the tools is completed, try again with the codesign procedure and you'll see that everything will work as expected!

just want to say that using these :

xattr -cr ***path to iinstaller.app***
sudo codesign -f -s - ***path to iinstaller.app***
chmod -R 775 ***path to iinstaller.app***

for me it works without any issues on Monterey (macbook pro 2017), Big Sur (mac pro 2010 with opencore), and Mojave (mac pro 2010 with opencore)

Just a query re this - I have version 2 installed and working in Logic X 10.5.1 on Mojave.

I also have piles of midi and EZX packs installed - will this install nicely over the top/update, or will it delete/invalidate them all?

If it's the latter would some mind listing the directories I should back up first?

I have version 2 installed. The only "old" EZX pack it recognized was the Post Rock one. Any chances on adding the other ones here?
