Spectrasonics - Keyscape Library for Omnisphere 2 - TZ GROUP screenshot
Omnisphere 2 Library | 72 GB
KEYSCAPE™ is an extraordinary new virtual instrument featuring the largest selection of collector keyboards in the world. From “holy grail” pianos to stunning keyboards you didn’t even know existed, this is a keyboardist’s dream come true.

Ten years in the making, each of these sought-after keyboards was carefully restored and then deeply multisampled by the renowned Spectrasonics Sound Development Team. These compelling and highly expressive sounds will inspire you to PLAY!

The process began with going to the ends of the earth to find and restore each one of these rare and incredibly special instruments with the top technicians and expert craftsmen from each discipline. We even went as far as spending years redoing these instruments from scratch again and again until they were totally “right.” This incredible attention to detail and meticulous care given to each instrument allowed us to develop these sounds to a whole new level of authentic tone.

While it’s every performing keyboardist’s dream to have the very best instruments instantly available anywhere, Keyscape is equally useful in the studio for producers and composers. Since these instruments can be easily transformed into amazing “unreal” sounds with the powerful STEAM Engine® under the hood, Keyscape easily turns these coveted instruments from History into innovative new sounds of the Future.

Custom Controls
The Custom Controls presented for each Patch allow you to go far beyond the original sound. The intuitive interface includes useful performance controls and high-quality creative effects processing specially crafted for each Patch. Hundreds of included Patches showcase the remarkable versatility and ability to dramatically customize these iconic sounds to your music.

Authentic Expression
With many of these collector instruments, it’s really the imperfections that make them so interesting. Instead of cleaning up all the quirks and noises they make, we made sure to closely capture them since they are a big part of their vibe. In addition to that, our software team closely modeled the authentic behavior and mojo of vintage amplifiers, classic effects units, and unique subtleties like mechanical noises, pedal noises, and release overtones to bring these sounds to a whole new level of authenticity and dynamic expression.

Hybrid "Duo" Sounds
Along with the hundreds of patches based on the 36 instrument models, Keyscape includes special hybrid "Duo" sounds which combine two of the instruments to create something entirely new. The unique timbre of these Duo patches make them some of the most creative and inspiring sounds in Keyscape!

Omnisphere Integration
As a bonus for Omnisphere 2 users, Keyscape also integrates fully as a satellite instrument within the Omnisphere® interface. Keyscape will simply appear as a library inside Omnisphere’s browser for users of both plugins. This capability allows Omnisphere 2 users to harness additional functionality like Live Mode, Stack Mode, Multitimbrality, endless FX routings and the full synthesis power of the STEAM Engine® to explore endless new sonic possibilities and combinations.

Technical Specifications
• Huge library with over 500 “Best-in-class” sounds, 36 Instrument Models and Hybrid “Duo” Patches
• Deeply Multisampled sounds with up to 32-way velocity switching, Round Robins, etc.
• Mechanical Noise, Pedal Noise and Release Noise behavior modeling
• Patches feature authentic circuit modeled amplifiers and effects
• Available as Download (77 GB) or Boxed USB Drives Edition
• Optional “Lite” installation (30 GB) for stage use
• Full Omnisphere® 2 integration

It seems to work ok for me. Is there a specific preset that doesn't work, so I can check it out? I mean, theoretically (actually) Omni should use its own amp files anyway? Looking at it, it seems to... I know that innerspace appears in "creative" when u add fx, so maybe that's what's puzzling? Or do u mean the "amplifier" settings on the Keyscape tone page? That generally adds fx like Smoke etcs to fx page in Omni. Maybe check there to see if they're on / loaded?

If that seems screwed up & too difficult, maybe try re/dl the Keyscape file, and overwrite ur existing data?
Thx to anybody posting Spitfire / OTB libs!

hey well for eg vintage vibe EP - Amp doesnt work yet Vintage Vibe elec piano works... :)

It could be any number of things, rly. Including probs w/ Omni. Check out the images: here & here...

It might help u 2 troubleshoot? If there are no amps loaded, it might be worthwhile re/dl & copying the original Keyscape files again? Or it could be that ur missing some of the amp files that Keyscape needs (in Omni)?

thanks! so looking in omni and disabling the brit vox on the patch (electric harpsichord - warm) i heard sound coming again... im guessing that file is not complete

Sounds like it could be a problem w/ Omni? I'm pretty sure that Omnisphere loads amps from its "own" structure, so maybe some of the files are missing? The amps need 2 separate files; one in Effects & 1 in (nested) Impulse folder. I expect the 1 in IR is missing / corrupt for Brit Vox? Maybe others? Have a poke around in ur Omni install & see? Remember, all the files in the IR folder should be MB+ size, good way 2 check if they're corrupt or wrong.

famouslut...I checked and also in Omnisphere there are the usual files .db as in Keyscape folder and thus assume that the effects are operating (amp and more)....the files contained in the folder Keyscape, should be used only when you open the native plug and not by Omnisphere. I've personally checked all the existing patches and I can assure you that all the effects work perfectly even amplifiers. The only problem I found is with the 'tremolo' function (with electric pianos as Rhodes....ecc). Only when you activate the 'auto-pan' function you hear distortion on the right channel but the effect 'Vintage Tremolo' works....everything else works perfectly, sounds included! ALL Keyscape remote controls work perfectly in Omnisphere, at least for me!

I always turn off auto-pan, so I can't say I noticed that problem!

famouslut. . . . I solved the problem. I used Blue Cat's PatchWork to test Keyscape and it seems to be an incompatibility with this application. In Logic X everything works perfectly. . . no distortion using the Auto-pan function. Anyway thanks!

quote by megacityoneNothing loads because all the zmap files are missing, anyone can steer me in right direction? I cant see any zmap files other than the index one

That's the only one needed.

If you are getting errors when loading patches, then the solutions have all been posted in the comments a few times now.

Aha, thanks, always a good idea to read thru all the posts, so i've moved all the .db to the root rather than subfoldered..all good

although a few patches are still not working within the keyboard groups, some distortion/amp settings? i remember reading that a little back also.

On Mac I just placed the whole Keyscape folder in the Steam folder and Keyscape loaded up perfectly in Omni in Logic. So far everything seems to work fine for the most part.

For some reason, some paches asks for Vinyl Keyscape 05 and it s not available.
Other patches asks for 03 wavs for noises, etc. but works even without that.
An example
Some other patches begin to work after reboot, refresh, and pray for.
I thank you all this effort because we can test this good Lib.
I think in a day or two, things will be better, joining the experience of the best here.

SHHH
MUTE nothing coming out of it..

what a SCAM

when you install a software, you just load the plugin on your DAW you should expect it to work 100% like all the plugins softwares around here, i've been using cracked shit since forever, never seen a scam like this. i would never even think about spending a single Cent on Spectracrap

PEOPLE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS CRAP

BIG BIG Thanks to the uploader/crackers for stealing this crappy software and taking the time.

but i'm done with Spectracrap

@LadyGaGasucks.
All I have ever seen you do is complain about everything. You don't like something because you cannot get it working and I feel bad for you, but it feels like you are deliberately trying to piss off those who are doing their very best to provide for the rest of us, something which could prove to be invaluable.
Is that what you are trying to do? sabotage the goodwill there is on this site? Because if it were up to me I'd ban you and your unhelpful and downright negative comments.

The reason there is no sound is most likely a problem with your DAW, so go ahead and blame whoever is responsible for installing THAT, instead of trying to create bad feeling here!

did you even read all the comments here and on the internet? 99% of the people have problem with this cheap software.
there is no problem with my DAW everything is perfect. all the software i've ever installed work perfectly, all cracked.
i believe you are one of those kids that believed on the DIVA timebomb or phone calling home.. just to say a few

do you even read the bullshit you say?

i only read here about this crappy software: move this here delete that file copy that here move it delete this, that folder here there bal bla bla.
if doing all these crazy things to get an original or cracked software to work and that's the normal for you.... well you are smart..

there is no special setting in the software and im daw, it's all there. its supposed to work as soon as you click a key

BAN... i'm scared now...

No you can't make second STEAM folder but you move original STEAM folder to external drive, you just need to make alias from that folder without alias text

It's possible (and I would say sensible) to create symbolic links (symlinks) to Keyscape's 70G keyboard directory. There are lots of ways to do this, depending on ur OS, but it's worthwhile trying (ie) Link Shell Extension if u hate dos commands, and are on W7+. Actually, Omni encourages u to do this by creating a sorta soft link (just a shortcut) to ur STEAM folder, if u need it. U can add another prty easily, just google it...
