Spectrasonics - Keyscape Library for Omnisphere 2 - TZ GROUP screenshot
Omnisphere 2 Library | 72 GB
KEYSCAPE™ is an extraordinary new virtual instrument featuring the largest selection of collector keyboards in the world. From “holy grail” pianos to stunning keyboards you didn’t even know existed, this is a keyboardist’s dream come true.

Ten years in the making, each of these sought-after keyboards was carefully restored and then deeply multisampled by the renowned Spectrasonics Sound Development Team. These compelling and highly expressive sounds will inspire you to PLAY!

The process began with going to the ends of the earth to find and restore each one of these rare and incredibly special instruments with the top technicians and expert craftsmen from each discipline. We even went as far as spending years redoing these instruments from scratch again and again until they were totally “right.” This incredible attention to detail and meticulous care given to each instrument allowed us to develop these sounds to a whole new level of authentic tone.

While it’s every performing keyboardist’s dream to have the very best instruments instantly available anywhere, Keyscape is equally useful in the studio for producers and composers. Since these instruments can be easily transformed into amazing “unreal” sounds with the powerful STEAM Engine® under the hood, Keyscape easily turns these coveted instruments from History into innovative new sounds of the Future.

Custom Controls
The Custom Controls presented for each Patch allow you to go far beyond the original sound. The intuitive interface includes useful performance controls and high-quality creative effects processing specially crafted for each Patch. Hundreds of included Patches showcase the remarkable versatility and ability to dramatically customize these iconic sounds to your music.

Authentic Expression
With many of these collector instruments, it’s really the imperfections that make them so interesting. Instead of cleaning up all the quirks and noises they make, we made sure to closely capture them since they are a big part of their vibe. In addition to that, our software team closely modeled the authentic behavior and mojo of vintage amplifiers, classic effects units, and unique subtleties like mechanical noises, pedal noises, and release overtones to bring these sounds to a whole new level of authenticity and dynamic expression.

Hybrid "Duo" Sounds
Along with the hundreds of patches based on the 36 instrument models, Keyscape includes special hybrid "Duo" sounds which combine two of the instruments to create something entirely new. The unique timbre of these Duo patches make them some of the most creative and inspiring sounds in Keyscape!

Omnisphere Integration
As a bonus for Omnisphere 2 users, Keyscape also integrates fully as a satellite instrument within the Omnisphere® interface. Keyscape will simply appear as a library inside Omnisphere’s browser for users of both plugins. This capability allows Omnisphere 2 users to harness additional functionality like Live Mode, Stack Mode, Multitimbrality, endless FX routings and the full synthesis power of the STEAM Engine® to explore endless new sonic possibilities and combinations.

Technical Specifications
• Huge library with over 500 “Best-in-class” sounds, 36 Instrument Models and Hybrid “Duo” Patches
• Deeply Multisampled sounds with up to 32-way velocity switching, Round Robins, etc.
• Mechanical Noise, Pedal Noise and Release Noise behavior modeling
• Patches feature authentic circuit modeled amplifiers and effects
• Available as Download (77 GB) or Boxed USB Drives Edition
• Optional “Lite” installation (30 GB) for stage use
• Full Omnisphere® 2 integration

Whether it is possible to hope that the Yamaha CP-70 Release.db file will appear?

There is no "Yamaha CP-70 Release.db" file - the CP70 releases are in the MKS-20 Electric Grand db file, that currently is not up on the zippyshare links.

D/L it from the U/L links instead, and then it should work (will verify when mine has finished d/ling.

Wow, this is great. Thanks for the upload! To bad I cant use it with my Omnisphere (that I bought). Hopefully a standalone vst comes out soon for Keyscape on here.

A.make sure you only copy the .db files into STEAM\Keyscape\Soundsources\Factory\Keyscape Library\Keyboards not folders.
B.make sure zmap.index in STEAM\STEAM\Keyscape\Soundsources\Factory\Keyscape Library is 288kb in size. if not copy from zip.

Nowhere in the install instructions does it say to do anything with the zmap index file. You don't need to touch it. If you *are* touching it, then you're not following the install instructions. Try again, and read carefully, it's all there, and it works fine.

There is no Pianet M "file".

The Pianet M samples are contained in the Pianet N library.

If you are not sure which files samples come from, load the zmap.index file into a text editor and do a text search.

It works fine here on the Mac. You probably downloaded this when all the parts were not there - check the parts and redownload if necessary.

Thanks but I did redownload the mks-20 2 files again from UL today.
Maybe it is dependant on other db files that are corrupt?
  Member 16.07.2014 276

There are three files for that patch. Check the zippyshare links and download the third part.

I surely don't have hard disk space to download this, anyway I'm happy that my friends get to use this and no amount of appreciation is enough for this upload. Uploaders your hard work is appreciated. Thanks!

Can confirm that d/loading the MKS 20 electric grand files missing from the zippyshare link, from the UL link works fine and the files that require that library (eg, the CP70 ones) load fine.

Life made! This is one of the only things I could ask for from you guys, and you nailed it before I could even get impatient, unbelievable work you guys are changing the world by letting artists use the tools they simply need to be themselves and arguably shouldn't have to spend and arm and a leg just for someone to share a digital copy with them. Much love!

Everything works like a charm, took a whole day to download but it was well worth it. The instructions are very straight forward. There should be zero confusion. If you previously had Omnisphere installed, then its simply a drag and drop. You do have to move some files around. If anyone is lost, let me know and I will list the steps, for Mac users anyway.

It would probably be helpful to do that if its not much trouble. basically where the files go inside the users Steam directory.

- Once you have everything downloaded and extracted. You simply drag the Keyscape folder into the STEAM folder where your Omnisphere folder is too.

- Now, in that Keyscape folder, go to Soundsources>Factory>Keyscaoe Library> Here is where you create the Keyboards folder

- Inside the Keyboards folder, drag all of the .db files that were extracted from the keyboards you chose to download into this folder.

- Open up Omnisphere, and inside the patch browser, at the bottom right corner there should be a refresh symbol. Hit that.

- Now you should be able to access all of the Keyscape instruments and presets.

EDIT: Resolved by redownloading/reinstalling the Keyscape specific rar, maybe there was a corrupt file, who knows, CRC checked out fine.

I'm having a hard time getting Omnisphere to find Keyscape, it will not show up. I'd appreciate any sort of help.
Here is everything that I've done to install/resolve this issue:
1. Move Keyscape Folder to \STEAM\Keyscape
2. Move all of the .db files into \STEAM\Keyscape\Soundsources\Factory\Keyscape Library\Keyboards, making sure to have them all without additional folders
3. Clicked on the reload sign (circular arrow) in the multi/patch/soundsource windows.
4. I've tried deleting the zmap, relocating the zmap, and restoring the zmap file.
5. I've verified that I have the latest Omnisphere 2 from R2R (Software 2.3.1, Soundsource v2.0.1c, Patches v.2.3.0c)
Does anything come to mind? It seems like no one else is having this issue.
Thanks for any input.

I checked all the points same as you. I found the problem in the Step 1: I Had put the Keyscape folder within another Keyscape folder! in a path as: STEAM/Keyscape/Keyscape/Soundsources...
So verify if your path relly is like your step 2.
Maybe that is the problem... Good Luck.
