How it works:
Use the red key switches in Kontakt to switch between twelve keys. Once you’re in a key, the white keys on your keyboard play blow notes and the black keys play draw notes up the range of a harmonica.

Shruti box is a bellows instrument from India that plays drones. The one I have has three octaves of notes arranged on the front of the box, each with a different hole per note. I put a stereo ribbon mic in front of it and when you play octaves it does a cool spatial thing because the notes are coming from different places. I cut the samples with a lot on the front end to hear the air and how the notes offset, usually with the higher note a bit later. This sits in the accordion/harmonium/reed organ lane but definitely its own thing.
