This prog wont run on my comp at all ( Win7 Ult 64). I get a blank window with only the ARC gui inside it and it also crashes when opening. I downloaded the demo file from IK directly too and same result!

Found Fix!
- Go to your program files directory for T-RackS 5 and locate the T-RackS 5.exe file.
- Right-click on T-RackS 5.exe and select properties
- Select the compatibility tab and under settings, click "Run this program as administrator"
- Check the "Override high DPI scaling behavior"
- In the drop down menu, change "Application" to "System" or "System (Enhanced)"
- Click "Apply" and then "OK"

UPDATE! Fix only works for win 8 and above.
The problem for stand alone gui crashing is related to desktop dpi settings. It will not crash if desktop dpi is set for 100%. I have my desktop set for 125% and the standalone crashes. THEY NEED TO RELEASE A FIX!

To get this working perfectly on Win 7:-

1. Make sure you have :- 127.0.0.1 www.r2rdownload.com and
127.0.0.1 www.elephantafiles.com added to Hosts File
2. Disconnect from Internet and Install to the default locations specified in installer
3. Use the offline activation method as described for MacOSX by running the Authorization Manager and using KeyGen

I guesss there's no really point downloading this version yet if IK hasn't figured out to fix the issue with the 10 second noise or whatever second it last.
I know i've installed first released yesterday and there was only an EQ that had that noise issue.

Second also, I noticed that if someone used earlier Tracks V4 versions of IK plugins in their project, they better keep them installed if they did used them in important projects because these new TR5 don't replace the other. Meaning if you had per say Old White La2A on a project, if you uninstalled it, the new TR5 White LA2A won't show up in your old session and replace the old one. Which really SUCKS ..

Classic EQ Noise
and also the EQual plugin is slow on the interface
the T- RackS 5 app also crash too

Doesn't work, unfortunately (x64 WIN 8.1).
In spite of proper hosts file modification done, the automatic registration doesn't bring a registered version, and manual registration with offline Authorization Manager doesn't work, either: There's an .xml authorization file to load by the Auth.Manager, and keygen doesn't produce it, so serial number as challenge-response doesn't help.

Perhaps there'll be a "2nd version" keygen, otherwise v.4 wasn't bad, either.

For me, on Win 7 x64, manual registration with offline Authorization Manager most certainly does work and the keygen does produce the .xml file. I am not in Demo mode for any of the processors except ClassicEQ. The standalone crashes for those people who have a customized display setup. All in all its still a very worthwhile addition and all you are lacking is the ClassicEQ

Yes, oisinn, you are right, seems I forgot the line "Push "Generate For Other Computers" and save the authorization file". Supposedly I had expected the keygen to do this on its own.
However, reading and executing the MacOSX instructions again, I got that .xml file and could load it into the IK Multimedia Auth.Manager. So manual registration works on my WIN 8.1 and helped with the non-functioning automatic one.

yeah noise is there in that eq. now processors sound very good, that full screen thing looks amazing on our 50inch screen, every plugin has new UI, very nice again. 10/10

I don't see any reference to the eq noise on their website or forums or anywhere but here.

Working perfectly in FL 12 (latest), but in FL 11 (latest) I get no sound at all when I load a T-RackS plugin on the Master, doesn't matter which one. Have to switch back to an older version of T-RackS.
