The white noyse was reported to the developers.

Keep an eye on the 'Free Demo" area in the IK Multimedia website, and pay attention on the version number of the installer. For example, the current zipped installer is "ver.B" (current R2 here) and it is different from the package firstly provided there.

It seems the developers (IK Multimedia) release version 5 without sufficient care.

Eq 73 and 81 are different from ver.4, they have different freq. steps, ver.4 have same freq. as real hardware ver.5 no.. why thay change? -.-

Maybe legal reasons? (same reason they had to remove the API knobs from their first release of that EQ)...

Looks better at least, and seems to sound a bit better but that could be placebo. ;)

05.Push "Automatic Registration (Windows)".

C: \ Windows \ System32 \ drivers \ etc \ hosts - is edited as follows - run a notebook from the administrator, open the file, after all insert:

127.0.0.1 www.r2rdownload.com

127.0.0.1 www.elephantafiles.com

Then save and re-apply the activation.

It could also be a bug. ;| It wouldn't be the first time the frequencies didn't work as expected @ different sample rates in their plugins. I also remember some PSP plugins doing that, only to be rectified in newer releases.

Is someone having problems with TR5 Metering?
I am using fl 12.5 and when I open TR5 metering and TR5 Suite the sound stops being heard, can someone help me?
The other plugins work perfectly

Just checked the IK 81, the frequency steps are labeled wrong, but they are doing the exact same thing... And the wrong labels are only on the high mid knob. It's getting wrong from 3.3khz, then it goes to 3.2 (mistake), 4.8, 7.2 (mistake), 6.8 and 8.2. And although the gui shows false 3.2khz and 7.2khz they are doing the same thing as before, the step frequencies on those steps are actually 3.9 and 5.6 as they were before, I checked it. So it's just a GUI mistake, I hope they are going to fix it

Once agani big thanks to Team R2R (the Maestros) & @DECiBELLE

I guesss there's no really point downloading this version yet if IK hasn't figured out to fix the issue with the 10 second noise or whatever second it last.
I know i've installed first released yesterday and there was only an EQ that had that noise issue.

Second also, I noticed that if someone used earlier Tracks V4 versions of IK plugins in their project, they better keep them installed if they did used them in important projects because these new TR5 don't replace the other. Meaning if you had per say Old White La2A on a project, if you uninstalled it, the new TR5 White LA2A won't show up in your old session and replace the old one. Which really SUCKS ..

It's confirmed: the white noise happens ONLY in the demo mode. Once authorized (see R2R's Keygen), this issue should not bother anymore. So, IK Multimedia considers this problem as a matter of success. That's all.
