It wasn't specifically compiled as such, but glad you found a way, anyhow.

All of my machines, all on versions of Windows 7 and on, always run as follows. This disables all that nonsense where you can't drag/drop, need to run or not run DAWs as Admin, so on and so on.

Type gpedit.msc in Start menu, press Enter. ("Home" Windows will not have this, unless special made Windows .iso was used.)

Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local Policies -> Security Options -> “User Account Control: Run all administrators in Admin Approval Mode” to “Disabled"

("Enabled" is the default setting.)

Set UAC slider to lowest if it is not already, too.

Restart the machine for it to be effective immediately after.
