OptoRED is a transparent Optical Attenuator (compressor) based on the classic American unit used on countless hit records. This is part of our new “Enhanced Classics” series.

Compression is one of the most important tools in the arsenal of an Engineer, Music Producer & Artist alike. This is now a device that far surpasses its original intent which was to control the level of the sound automatically.

Today we use different types of compressors for inducing a “Vibe” & “Feel” to our instruments, percussion, drums, and voice. Digital and Analog Compressors have come a long way, but some classics are still preferred even today because they are now as much a part of a genre or musical style that they are now deemed as musical instruments in their own right.

At Tone Empire, we are inspired by these classic devices yet yearn to bring extended functionality to today’s modern musicians, engineers & Producers working on advanced systems with a need for more flexibility and extended tones. Hence we have now started a new series of processors called

meaning ... as the nexus 3 in china was cracked and you had to pay to get it to you ..... the same in the note you wrote !!! on the contrary if I did as a codeshine that you created a public link to donate etc ... it was a bit different

Where did I wrote that you have to pay to get my releases?
All of my releases even have high speed host, that don`t even force you to buy subscription to download at high speeds.

There are a lof of plugins that I can crack, but can`t get my hands on their files unless I buy them, and I am not rich nor have the money to do so.
So if for example there were 40 people that had a spare 50 cent on their paypal for example, and all of them got together then we would have 20 dollars and actually be able to buy some plugin that can be cracked and used by thousand other users too.

It's tough to see braindeads like Angelo Archetti complaining... You're supposed to say thank you and comment about the plugin. It's easy to post mean stuff to the uploader who did all the hard work for you. What's the motivation? Why?

At the first place, its the people that actually drive me to release stuff here, a lot of people can`t afford these stuff, but they have a vision to create something, or music is just a hobby for them.
But either way, I feel like I am helping people in some way, maybe someone can actually make a living using these plugins, And that would be great!

Fatal crash for me on Cakewalk, Ableton11 and Studio One 5.2, latest windows. Seems to work on Sequoia15 and Samplitude. Tried a few different methods of install, uninstall, reinstall etc. No joy I am afraid. It might be specific to my rig. Rollback to R2R version. Thanks anyway.

That means they are dirty dirty liars. This thing can't even be installed on Win7.
On *my* Win7 machine, anyways. It just says "This installation requires Windows 10 to run" and prompts to close the application.

Well been using this username for a few years already, back when I was part of some closed community sites where I released some game repacks/rips, software and stuff like that.
Used few other names along the way, but JustFun598, pretty much sums it up LOL, everything I do, I do mainly for fun.

Thanks JustFun598, I tried this out for just the reason that " Justwannad" stated it only works on 10, which is correct even when I used the compatibility mode on windows 7 I got the popup stating it needs windows 10, I guess Tone Empire better get their act together as there are millions of us that refuse to switch to win 10 just for the sake of a few programs, there are many companies that state they are for win 10 but install on 7 without any issues whatsoever. I have absolutely everything I require for my musical needs so even if all companies would be stupid enough to drop bacwards compatibity it wouldn't bother me in the least. Thanks again your efforts and for supplying this.

Those of you having issues due to incompatibility on windows 7, the older OptoRED v1.0.0 & Goliath V2 v1.1.2 by R2R installs just fine if you need to install this on Windows 7, hopefully Tone Empire will be intelligent enough to realize this or risk losing customers and potential future sales.

Tone-Empire would be pretty stupid to do this, especially if plugin runs fine on Win7, they were probably too lazy to update their installer script to install properly on Win 7.
