Introducing Legacy Cell from Korg, a Performance based plug-in that lets you freely combine two instances of the MS-20 and/or Polysix together along with a dual-effects processor for even more dynamic and unique sonic creations! It offers 127 presets with plenty of room for your own combinations. The MDE-X effects processor offers everything you could want from reverbs and delays to distortion and even the MS-20's filter section is available as an effect. A virtual Korg microKontrol is built-in to the Legacy Cell too for real-time assigning and manipulation of any editable parameters, and it works instantly with a real microKontrol too! The bottom line with this whole package is great plug-ins, great sound, great results, great price!

LegacyCell requires the presence of some of the other KORG plug-ins...

So, it would seem it has probably been bundled with older versions of them (I have not installed this so cannot verify)

both standalone and plugin says version 1.0. By the way I uninstalled cause I don't need it

I wonder what would happen if we uninstall all old Korg plugins EXCEPT LegacyCell, then install all new Korg plugins EXCEPT LegacyCell? Would the old LegacyCell still function correctly?

Therefore I would assume the latest TeamR2R KORG Soft Pass Emulator is backward compatible and should work with the latest and penultimate plug-in releases, but sorry I have not tried to be able to confirm this. Try it out and let us know

Edit: Legacy Cell is still going to be requiring specific versions of MS-20 and Polysix, so if those plug-ins are updated/replaced then it probably won't work.

Thanks for the response, V.V. Unfortunately, I have too many projects using Korg plugins to be experimenting in this manner.

It works perfectly well. I tested it myself.
First I have uninstalled all korg plugins. I had old version dating 3 or 4 years.
I installed the emulator (1.0.1) first
I installed LegacyCell second.
I installed all the others after and everything works like a charm.
I think LegacyCell has its own version embedded of ms-20 and polysis, that's why it works.
