I've installed this but it let's you only access to Libraries that have a proper installer.
The most of the libraries on this site, once unrarred, are the libraries as they look when installed with an installer. I've downloaded about 10 of them but only one "Toontrack The Rock Foundry" comes with the installer and works fine. The rest has so far been a waiste of time. Unless there is someone outhere who knows how to fix it. Maybe installing different version of Drummer 3? I see other version here but don't know what the difference could be so I settled for the first one I came across. Hope this helps :D
