Finally opened it but it must be my version of winrar 5.50 or win 10 bollocking me about, wouldnt open by clicking on it but after a while extract to here worked..... one of the great mysteries of life, anyway tis now opened and installed OK, THANKS

Same problem here. Windows 8.1 and latest Winrar is BETA 5.50. Winrar doesn't work well. I use 7 zip untill there's a new version.

i have been using peazip for years and i have never had any problems opening any file (unless it was password protected and i didn't have the password).

Latest Beta is Version 5.60 beta 5. I never used winrar betas and never had any problems with final releases, and not with this post either.

@JeffT, if you look at winrar with that smile, it's no wonder it doesn't work.

I tend to think that using Winrar 5.40 x64 on a win 10 machine that the problem lies with the latest win 10 release, it seems to screw things up, good job I'm using win 7 in my studio.
