This has to be the worst comment I have ever heard. I can guarantee that their are people out their that will find a use for every plug-in in this bundle. You may find them useless but others find them extremely helpful. Just be thankful that you are getting free stuff and stop all this negative remarks.

Wait what?? I already thanked R2R. You just made people think that I am saying something against this release. Which is not what I was saying. All I wanted to say is I am glad R2R is releasing waves plugins.

It's interesting how many people are influenced by waves marketing.

I agree never give an accusation without detail. I fine waves tg series really clears up instruments and the ssl series, plus h-reverb and r-verb, they are Godfathers. You can here the difference. I learn that Gingko Biloba clears up tinitus and ear issues found that out last week. For over a decade I have heard this Wavesand Steinberg, Pro Tools. Remember how many hits are from bedrooms in the 90s and 00s.

I am just biased towards small companies like klanghelm, dmgaudio, valhalladsp etc and don't find waves ones better. Which waves EQ compares with Equilibrium?

Equilibrium is better than ALL waves eqs together(and it's not even a hyperbola). There are literally only 3 or 4 waves plugs that I would buy(like J37).

You can like any plugin that you want to like and the companies that you listed make some great plugins. But making broad statements like "90% are useless" requires factual data in order to be considered FAIR and POSTABLE. Otherwise, we'd have rampant misrepresentation from every disgruntled plugin user from Iowa to Moscow in these audio production communities. Waves is one of the OLDEST and MOST USED plugin companies in existence and as such, has inspired more audio software innovation than all of the companies you listed COMBINED. They also have a very good record of updating and improving their products(at LEAST one major update per quarter).

90% is a VERY substantial amount in ANY scenario. Please tell us WHICH of their plugins did you so dirty that you'd make such a libelous statement? I'm REALLY curious.
Learn how to make tight, radio-ready mixes with the STOCK plugins in your DAW. After that, THEN you can horde out!

It is not as bad as he or she claims. Only 90% of the worst thing of Waves. The sentence only refers to 90% of the worst plugins in the bundle not 90% of Waves. In other words, of the worst in Waves we can still use 10% which considering we didn't pay shit for it, sounds like a great deal. Even if he or she meant "The worst thing of Waves bundle is THAT IT IS 90% useless" I will take that 10% over a lot of other plugins.

For most people, a lot of this bundle will be useless. Virtually all of the "named" (Manny, Kramer etcs) crap has little point beyond hype. Maybe even Schepps' stuff, too? I can't think of a reason to use much of Waves above stock plugs, rly. But I guess that's kinda the point? I mean, I don't think ur supposed to do anything except pick & choose about four or five, unless ur a studio boss! =)

Anyway, thx a lot R2R & Horsemen, for letting us sort the pearls from the Chris Lord Algae Noise Floor Regurgitator™ or whatev :D

Totally agree with you. I think that Waves and is one of the most overrated shit. A couple plugins from DMG, plus a couple of other plugins from other develpers will cover all those millions of pretty bad Waves plugs. They don't worth those money and they were popular only due to marketing and all those "old professionals". But hey! Pensado finellay found out that there is a thing like Limitless, it's a progress ;D

Good things come to those who wait. Being patient always pays off. With releases by R2R it is worthwhile not to jump on releases by other Teams or individuals unless your current version was supplied by them.
