Sonic Charge Microtonic v3.20 - FiXED for WIndows 8 and 10 screenshot
Vst - WIN x64 x86 | 24.3 MB
Microtonic (a.k.a. µTONIC) is a VST / AU plug-in for Windows and Mac featuring a unique drum and percussion synthesizer combined with a pattern based drum-machine engine. You can use Microtonic as a sound module to play drum sounds from your MIDI keyboard or sequencer, or you can use the built-in pattern engine to play drum patterns in sync with your sequencer. The sound of Microtonic is 100% synthetic and rendered in real-time. No samples or pre-rendered waveforms are used.

We are convinced that you will find Microtonic thoroughly unlike anything you have heard or worked with so far.

Changes:

Support for PO-32.
Standalone Mac.
Bug fixes.
Fresh GUI.

Important note:
The setup will uninstall any older version of the Microtonic plugins. So if you like, you can backup your older version before installing the update.

The previous release would shutdown my DAW as well on WIN 10, but this one fixed exactly this issue. Which DAW do you use and on what system?

I'm using Win 10 (build 16299) and my microtonic is working ok on Ableton 10.0.1, Bitwig 2.2.2 and FL Studio 12

I think my microtonic release is a P2P one from about 2-3 years ago, hope that helps.

Here not even Ableton Live is starting. I deinstalled Microtonic and Live starts :)
I did all the Steps in the text File. ( Ableton LIve 10.0.2 )

Run as administrator once and rescan and it will work

I had the same problem.
For me the solution was to move the DLL to the root of the VST folder.
(not in /Sonic Charge/ which was not detected)

Hi,
i am new to the audioz scene and please forgive my noob question but can you please explain what a timebomb is/does?
Thank you!

@itence i tryed a few patches to remove the time bombs
and after a while came up with something better i hope.
Each time the plugin is started it just resets the demo date
so it don't set the traps off in the first place lol
All thats needed then is to remove the popup screen how much time is left
cause it will always say three weeks and then try unlock the pro 32 thing,
the lights now blink on and off thats all i know.

Sorry if I'm arriving late, but I've never used this plug before. So, does this release mean that previous one (always v 3.2) works well in win 7/64 ?

BTW: Mono, don't unveil your cracking strategies ..........
Thanks a million

This thing looks like it's from 1994. But hey, I've got a thing for vintage looking GUIs lately so that's a good thing!

Don't be decieved, this is capable of some great sounds, plus you have the morphing feature and you can drag and drop midi into the DAW, so if you don't like particular sounds you can replace them... it's worth looking at ( if the timebomb has been fixed)...

Actually in my opinion this is the best synthetic drum machine plugin I have heard to date, it's old but it sounds amazing and I haven't find anything better yet so make sure you give it a go.

Actually that is not correct. It doesn't look like GUI's from 1994. ;)
In 1994 Windows was in version 3.11 and looked like this (and VST wasn't even thought of...): http://lmgtfy.com/?q=windows+gui+1994

Anyways, it's was a well-known VST instrument among alot of artists when it was released... and for a good reason. Go buy if you like!

I know that haha. I was just over-exaggerating for comedic effect. I have several old computers in my apartment dating from the late 70's all the way up to like 2002 because I used to be a vintage computer nerd who collected old computer things like the original floppy disks for Macintosh System 7 LOL!

I been using a lot of older plugins in Ableton lately. Like Steinberg Model-E and such.

As for this being a good drum machine, I actually love this thing.

True for the Gui, but i had (still have somewhere) a software running VST back then ...
Didnt even know what VST was until few years later !!!
(PC was a 486 i believe, still have the computer and software)

Sorry bud... VST didn't exist in Windows 3.11 in 1994. Your memory is flawed.
