Microtonic (a.k.a. µTONIC) is a VST / AU plug-in for Windows and Mac featuring a unique drum and percussion synthesizer combined with a pattern based drum-machine engine. You can use Microtonic as a sound module to play drum sounds from your MIDI keyboard or sequencer, or you can use the built-in pattern engine to play drum patterns in sync with your sequencer. The sound of Microtonic is 100% synthetic and rendered in real-time. No samples or pre-rendered waveforms are used.

We are convinced that you will find Microtonic thoroughly unlike anything you have heard or worked with so far.

Important note:

Does not work. At all.
Crashes Blue Cat Patchwork and Reaper won't even see the 64bit dlls.

Certainly. I just tried it. 3 times. I even tried swapping the DLLs maybe thinking the x86 were in fact the x64. Nothing works :) Sorry! You can try it too. My DAW rig is just fine. :)

There is some specific problem on your side.

Did you use the installer?
DOnt just replace the dll. You must use the installer for this new version to work

I uninstalled my 3.0.1 then installed this and replaced the .dll files. My DAW (Bitwig) will not see the plugin. Does not work for me

Has anyone tried doing a deep scan uninstall to clean up registry entries etc. of your previous Microtonic installation?

Are you sure that the dll file is actually installing itself into your VST folder and not installing into program files\steinberg or some other location?

Finally, if all else fails, try reinstalling this new version, but let it install to where it wants to (do not point to your VST folder). When it completes install, cut and paste the DLL to your VST folder.

Obviously we're using the installer. And overwriting the DLL is basic 101 here. It's not working across many DAWs.

For those claiming it works, please help us by sharing what you did. Thanks.

Oh, and I didn't even have MicroTonic previously installed. This is 100% clean too.

R2R posted cracked Sonic Charge stuff before, they aren't cracked for 100% and are always full of time bombs.

Try install the demo again
and open it first in your daw to see if it runs ok.
Then swap the plugins with the patched vesrion and see it they open.
I only tested them in fl studio but will try a few other daws now as well.
