Pro Tools HD 10.3.9 for Mac [WORKiNG] screenshot
Mac OSX | 02.06.2014
Pro Tools 10 software is the latest version of Avid's flagship music creation and audio production software, and delivers many great new features.
Speed up editing and mixing workflows with Clip Gain.

Work more easily with AudioSuite-rendered clips with reverse processing handles and other new workflows.
Get great responsiveness on slower hard drives with the enhanced disk handler.
Work with more plug-ins and maintain total phase accuracy with 4x more Automatic Delay Compensation (16k vs. 4k in Pro Tools 9).
Create bigger mixes in Pro Tools HD, with higher track counts.
And get over 500 new Pro Tools commands when using
Artist Series, System 5, and other EUCON-enabled consoles.

Just in case Avid changes the protection
(or you get paranoid downloading from avid )
I made a mirror of the 10.3.9 installer available as of now, you'll find it in the peeplink.

Be sure to watch the video and to read the readme.rtfd included.
(famous Apple's text format that stands for Read The Fucking Document)

This crack is finally working, the only downside is that you must use
the fade tool to create fades, if you use the menu item "Create Fades"
or the shortcut cmd+F it crashes, so don't try, btw the fade tool
is the easiest and fastest way to create fades in PT so you should use that anyway.

Fix Notes:
Many people faced problem with the previous patch+loader,
I made a mistake to share it on the wave of enthusiasm,
it was in a too early stage and not fully working.

Now we think this can be declared a final crack,
openssh spotted the pseudo-random iLok checks and circumvented the CRC checks,
it's now totally usable unlike the previous partial crack.
The new loader should be fool-proof. Just follow instructions.

Reversing and patch scripting by openssh.
Loader applet by copylefter.

Have fun!

I was using this perfectly for about 3 days. Everything was fine. Now I have a problem. Everytime I open protools and have the session open I click "continue" it says everythings good but I get a sidewindow notification that the Bit Slicer script failed.

btw, Mavericks....

WHAT DO??

manual patch would be your solution. check earlier comments for it.

quote by oYxjust because you don't get it working doesn't mean it is not working great for us.

did i ever say otherwise?

i tested it across various systems

different systems as in different machines but same os or everything different?

CPU meters don't mean a thing. i can write a script that does nothing but run the CPU to 100%. or someone else can run an app that gives world peace with only 1% CPU usage. :D

that's not the point at all lol
if one version of a program takes 15% more load for the same thing than another it's obviously not an improvement. it's that simple.

-- edit --
i tried on ML and guess what, the load my test project is causing is exactly the same as on 10.6 and 10.7

as for the manual patch, that's fine for sessions created with pt10. loading a pt9 session however doesn't work and when loading the pt9 session using the wflow from the regular pt10loader.app the bus issue comes up again.

you missed the point. the load may be the same, but try pushing it as far as you can go and PT10 will go further than PT9. you seem to be more concerned with the CPU meter than actual performance... too academic. if your thinking is right, when the CPU meter is maxed out, why can i still add more tracks and continue working? there's your CPU meter for you...

opening PT9 sessions has been mentioned. do the basic legwork by reading the thread.

quote by guitarristaEverything works fine, but how to enable Delay compesation?
Pro Tools needs to restart the session, reopening it does not reload with the loader, obviously, crash.

its already mentioned, start tools an patched without loader, enable delay compasetion restart it will crash bt reopen with loader

Update.
I think the best way to get better results is do a fresh install of OS X 10.8.5 + suplimental update
my results new install
1. protools fully open in 7 seconds after clickin on loader
2.bit slicer doesnt ask for location, jus password n bang done
3. 40 audio tracks session without plugins open in 16 - 20 secs
4. 40 audio tracks no plugins cpu meter @ 7% playing looped n 4min long.
5. no errors on aux,busses
6. rem to set on startup window
* bitrate 24bit
* stereo out session
* 44.1khz default is 48k
* record or play back audio from other sata hdd or external hdd
7. optmize your system for protools 10 ..check DUC forum
8. Dont update bit slicer until copylefter gives us another release
9. so far no errors ..dont CMD + f and always close pt on the dock
10. i love how patch says "yep"after loading, the stupid ilock will never make you smile any sibgle day
Bonus. Pt 10 is beast on my setup dont know it will everhit the limit lol

Hey guys. First of all let me say THANK YOU! For making this release a reality for the Mac community. Second, I found a couple of errors that need fixing. Or maybe i did something wrong during the install.
1. Changing the track views isn't working. I can't see automation, can't use warp markers. When I click the dropdown menu on a track to view automation below a track Pro Tools crashes and gives the "corrupt reinstall error message."
OSX 10.6.8
Anyone else have this problem? Is there a way to fix it? Any help is appreciated.
Thanks guys!

By the way. This does work with Snow Leopard. If you check the avid knowledge base you can view the system requirements.
Mac Systems

Computer: Avid-qualified Apple computer (see details)
System Software (32 or 64-bit) Mac OS X [b]10.6.7 (Snow Leopard) through 10.7.4 (Lion)
Total System RAM: 2GB minimum, 4GB (or more) recommended

lol the load is not the same which is the very point. i never said anyting about how much it can handle. neither 9 nor 10.

but try pushing it as far as you can go and PT10 will go further than PT9

and that you can tell by comparing two different apps on two different operating systems?

do the basic legwork by reading the thread.

thanks, and likewise as in actually reading what you reply to.

anyway enough time spent on this. as i said before, i'm happy for everyone who has fun with this and appreciate all the efforts put into cracking it for sure
to many more releases yet to come

at least you're now just focused on looking at the CPU meters and load, and you finally stopped banging on about how PT10 is not performing well (you can choose not to use it). in terms of load and all, you're probably right... while the rest of us are simply happy to use the thing!

indeed, it's been fun! 3 tracks mixed and out of the door since this release. it's so much smoother to use than cracked PT9! thanks copylefter!

I've registered just to say: Thank you copylefter! :)
I've tried the loader and it worked fine the first time I've tried it (I'm on 10.7.5). Everything went as explained in the fracking READ ME (and video) :) But while I was working on one of the mixing projects the PT crashed with the error message "The authorization failed... bla bla, ProTools compromised..." (couple of people reported the same error). After that I wasn't able to load the PT to work for more than a few actions when the session loads. I've read through all the replays and as I was starting to get very frustrated because there was only maybe 3 replays with conformation that the crack works. BUT then I saw the manual patch! :) I can confirm that it's working like a charm (so far)! I've finished with the mix I was working on, made a new mastering session, bounced it ... I all works as demonstrated and it's kinda fun to manually patch the app :) It makes me feel more special :D Thank you copylefter for your hard work and patience! Cheeres!

Hey! Just managed to get this running, but Bit Slicer tells me that "An error occurred trying to run the script on Pro Tools". The dialog boxes pop up and work properly for the Automator script and I get the final box saying the Pro Tools has been patched, but it doesn't work; right-clicking still triggers the dongle check, as does the bus send clicking test. I've tried reinstalling the loader and the patched PT app, but neither seems to work. Anyone else got this issue? FYI, I am on Mac OS X 10.8.5.

Anybody have problem recording MIDI? If so, whats the best possible work around
  Resident 9.05.2014 1 503

I wouldn't even bother with midi in Protools. It's notoriously this

Solution - Logic Pro X.

Or if you want to mix down in Protools rewire Ableton to it and use the midi in Ableton.
In 2010 I gave up women and Booze. It was the worst 20 minutes of my life.

I know it is nerve racking but go ahead and upgrade to ML at least. I just did it and all my stuff still works with no prob. And I have alot of stuff. $20 to upgrade from the Appl stor and you can put SL behind you.
