(and I know how to move the key'd plug to their folders)

Seems to work for me, after following Sarkel's instructions

One weird thing - every time i launch melodyne it opens this webpage.

Anyone know how to prevent it?

Isn't this a (slightly) older release? The CODESHiNE version I have from a few weeks ago is v5.1.1. By the way, it's a CODESHiNE k -- of course both releases work like a charm, at least on Mojave.

Mine exists after install. But when i search the hidden library application support folder it doesnt exist. Maybe you checked the wrong place? Has to be the 'normal' non-hidden library folder i guess. hope it makes sense

I followed text file and Sarkel's instructions, the standalone app works, the plugins have been successfully validated in plugin manager BUT Celemony is not showing up as an Audio Unit on Logic 10.6.1.

I'm on Big Sur 11.2, M1, tried opening Logic in both Rosetta and native.

same problem, plugins validated in logic fine and it also opens on ableton live 10.
In logic pro x 10.6.1 on macbook M1 it doesn't show under the audio unit plugins...
