Waves Central: New Version (V12.0.15)
Fixed: Failure to install on certain Portuguese Windows systems.
Fixed: Bug (Mac only) causing Central to be stuck during launch while certain USB devices are connected.
Fixed: Issue adding icons to the Mac dock when installing SoundGrid applications.
Fixed: Error message when activating licenses on macOS 10.10.
New: Alert added when trying to install unsupported plugin versions on macOS 11 and 10.15.
Improved: The ‘Updates available’ notification will no longer appear when creating an offline installer.
Various other fixes and improvements.



Instructions
1. Go to waves folder and Install Waves Central and Run
2. Select Offline Installer and Click Install from an Offline Installer
3. Browse the Waves folder you downloaded (For Mac Users, move folder to "Users/yourname/public/")
4. Select the plugins you like and Install!
5. Apply patch and Enjoy

this is a bit like when AOL used to mail everyone their cd installation disk

why Waves installer installs so much of trash on your pc?, -like there is a /Waves/ folder in nearly every system folder..

why the items are not categorized and are all in one list? why it won't let you chose you to install vst2 or vst3 etc

The way Waves works is garbage. I've had to turn off VST scanning because it gets stuck on Wavesshell for a minute while the DAW is loading every single time. It's very annoying and pointless, the DAW apparently can't recognize that nothing has changed in the Wavesshell. The entire waves folder is a mess, with stereo and mono versions of every single plugin. If only they could combine them and let you choose in the plugin like every other modern developer. It's just messy to work with. They have some good plugins but these days, I doubt they are worth it over the alternatives, even for free.

I m Stuck after saying i m offline I browsed to mac folder to plugin folder then to alphabetical order plugin that I dont remind any name oh well then The plugins are unselectable and browsing offline does absolutely nothing
I installed last wave installer
* I had a demo Waves account to get the banks vould it be this?
Should I delete everything on Mac ? ????????

You have to open and log into waves central.
You have to go to install oflinne and Install from an Offline Installer.
Select the folder that you downloaded here: waves / data / v12
Then in waves central, go to 'install products' (top left)
Select all the products you want.
hit install!
Patch.

Everything works until point 4 (instructions).
when browsing in the waves folder for installing, the plugins show up but they are not to choose/select.
would be cool if someone can help.

Hey.
Im on new M1 Mac mini with latest Logic. Im aware that these are not fully supported yet on my system. Anyway i tried to install these and everyhing went well until i try to open plugins in mixer.
I find installed waves plugins in plugin manager and they are also validated succesfully. Still when i open plugins in mixer there is no waves folder at all. Not in rosetta mode or native mode.
Does anyone have any suggestions what might help in this or is it because of this new M1 Silicon chip causing the problem?
I really apprecite if somebody could help with this!
