All Waves SoundGrid applications, firmware and drivers: Across-the-board software update to V12:

New: SoundGrid QRec v12.2.0.155: A simplified SoundGrid host for connecting your Mac/PC to a SoundGrid I/O or network. QRec allows you to record live shows from a SoundGrid I/O card to a DAW, perform virtual soundcheck from a DAW, or use any SoundGrid I/O as an interface for studio recording and playback.

Updated: StudioRack v12.4.0.157
New: Internal sidechain – An additional routing menu is now available in plugins with sidechaining ability, making it possible to receive internal sidechain sources from within StudioRack.
Fixed: When two instances of the same plugin were inserted into a StudioRack parallel or multiband processing rack, and automation was recorded for the same parameter in both plugin instances, a bug caused both automation lanes in the DAW to show only the first automation, making it impossible to modify the second automation lane independently. This bug is now fixed.
StudioRack SoundGrid Processing Mode – Bug Fixes:
Fixed: DAW crashing when SoundGrid Processing mode is switched during play.
Fixed: Logic crashing when sample rate is changed while StudioRack is inserted.

New: 32 colors for customized track color coding via a preset menu.
Fixed: Issues when a second logged-in user loads SoundGrid Studio on the same Mac as the first user.

Instructions
1. Go to waves folder and Install Waves Central and Run
2. Select Offline Installer and Click Install from an Offline Installer
3. Browse the Waves folder you downloaded (For Mac Users, move folder to "Users/yourname/public/")
4. Select the plugins you like and Install!
5. Apply patch and Enjoy

I thank you so much for the clicknupload links hidera, but part 3 is 775MB instead of 995. Also, Clicknupload link sizes in your original upload are all over the place [480MB, 580MB...] why's that? Clicknupload is the only one aside from Zippyshare, Mega, and Rockfile [when they pull their shit together ;)] that offers decent download speed without so many restrictions. Thank you!

Don't work. Maybe I use Ryzentosh on Big sur. Waves want intel_fast_memset. GenericMacIntel.dylib error. I will sell my X470 + R7 2700X Setup and i will buy Intel i9 10900 :D Only Solution :))

Same Issue here - it's because of waves, not the crack unfortunately. You're right, the .dylibs crash because of some intel libraries or instructions or something being called. Tried the official demo from waves and it also crashes, maybe this will change with the M1 supported release!

Works great but is it me or Waves plugins when using the UI resize they get blurry like hell? NOt adapted to 4k monitors at all. Very ugly, anyone experiencing this?

Thanks for that but since this version I realized that I don't use wave plugin anymore on my project but I have install the pack since years by habit... today I use other company and I think wave is the company to have in the past decade but today it's not the case anymore all of their plugin have outdated...

You're not alone. I haven't personally bothered with anything Waves for years now. But loads of people still stick to them, probably for compatbility reasons with old projects. When I see the "plugin missing" message I just use something else, more contemporary and better.
