Dima's Bitwig is the best one I have seen in long time. Other releases had various small issues which were annoying.

I assume this is Dima's version, right?
I wonder why he would not post it himself?

About a week or so ago, I got hit with ransomware which pretty well wiped out all of my audio warez. While I was able to replace a lot from this site, there was a pile of stuff I just couldn't find here. I tracked most of it down to rutracker, and most of it seemed to be either uploaded or seeded by you. So I just wanted to say thanks and let you know how grateful I am for your efforts in regard of the music community online. I'd never actually noticed you before, but now I can't see your name without feeling a huge rush of gratitude for your efforts.

Thanks too, to all the other people who help us out by cracking, uploading, seeding, etc. But your uploads/seeds were really helpful to me in replacing my stuff.

I saw myself in a similar situation because of a hard drive failure. Thanks to AudioZ and especially to Pirate and its numerous reuploads, I was able to recover almost 100% of the material. I am really grateful to this site. For that reason I wanted to share new material with the whole community.
AudioZ, the best site in the world in its class

Thank you, for keeping up, to make this Patch as flawless as possible.
Now I can do at least 2-3 songs with this DAW, before I make my final decision for a purchase.
Thank You dima21664 and Sunny!!! ( )

Thank you!
Just a question: Should I reinstall the whole thing, or just by replacing the jar file will do the job?

experienced the bitwig again, not easy to use, the critical problem is bitwig need to re considering how users using the daw... then change almost everything, the sound quality at almost top level between daws, just 1 more step to best bitwig!

I just tried Bitwig for the first time 2 days ago in order to replace the buggy as hell S1,so I still have many things and tricks to discover, but my first impression was positive.
For me it feels like Live but in a better way.But it seems to be bad in cpu performances,I hear crackles with 4 instances of Massive, one Delay, and 2 audio tracks when I have a 64 samples buffer. With this same buffer I can load a lot more plugins in S1 without any bad noise.
I hope this 'issue' comes from a bad setting in Bitwig...

All DAWs sound the same, They all do the same digital sum process.
The differences are their native plugs the SRC and ditthering.

no, before arguing with those math stupids, you can trying a procedures like this, you can record the audio output to external recorder, and there would be the huge differences you could get.

He ( m9cao ) forgot a second salvo : as so any different DAW ( ... please ) will sound different on any different output external recorder depending on the input impedance of each of those recorders. To start with. Or would it be a digital recorder ? Like a DAT ? Then do digital recorders sound the same ? But DAWs are digital recorders and ... etc etc.

I - personally ( so as your fav' DAW ) - my outputs sound different in different bath tubs depending on which exact flageolet beans I ate previously, not mentioning the " Eurêka ! " volumetric Archimedes effect.

Even with a flat beans setting.

Those delicate details only for the record.

You propose an interesting experiment. Can you try recording from bath "tubes" instead of tubs for a more analog experience? I think that's why your math is gassy.

DAT is a good question, Sony.

it would be interesting to use a few daws, like cubase, S1, bigwig, reason, logic, live,
Simply import 5 audio loops, set all volumes and master at 0dbs, and export as a wav file.

Then, we could open all the exports, in Wavelab, or a daw, and invert phases.

I would bet my eliicenser dongle no files 100 % cancel out, which would mean, they sound different.

Maybe there isn't a really big difference, when it's just 5 or 10 tracks..
..but when it's a project like junkiexl, with hundreds of tracks, quad surround sound, millions of automations, bus, sub bus, sub sub buses, tons of folders, vcas, thousand of different plugins, etc etc,
Maybe the difference will be much bigger...
