Spectrasonics - Keyscape Library for Omnisphere 2 - TZ GROUP screenshot
Omnisphere 2 Library | 72 GB
KEYSCAPE™ is an extraordinary new virtual instrument featuring the largest selection of collector keyboards in the world. From “holy grail” pianos to stunning keyboards you didn’t even know existed, this is a keyboardist’s dream come true.

Ten years in the making, each of these sought-after keyboards was carefully restored and then deeply multisampled by the renowned Spectrasonics Sound Development Team. These compelling and highly expressive sounds will inspire you to PLAY!

The process began with going to the ends of the earth to find and restore each one of these rare and incredibly special instruments with the top technicians and expert craftsmen from each discipline. We even went as far as spending years redoing these instruments from scratch again and again until they were totally “right.” This incredible attention to detail and meticulous care given to each instrument allowed us to develop these sounds to a whole new level of authentic tone.

While it’s every performing keyboardist’s dream to have the very best instruments instantly available anywhere, Keyscape is equally useful in the studio for producers and composers. Since these instruments can be easily transformed into amazing “unreal” sounds with the powerful STEAM Engine® under the hood, Keyscape easily turns these coveted instruments from History into innovative new sounds of the Future.

Custom Controls
The Custom Controls presented for each Patch allow you to go far beyond the original sound. The intuitive interface includes useful performance controls and high-quality creative effects processing specially crafted for each Patch. Hundreds of included Patches showcase the remarkable versatility and ability to dramatically customize these iconic sounds to your music.

Authentic Expression
With many of these collector instruments, it’s really the imperfections that make them so interesting. Instead of cleaning up all the quirks and noises they make, we made sure to closely capture them since they are a big part of their vibe. In addition to that, our software team closely modeled the authentic behavior and mojo of vintage amplifiers, classic effects units, and unique subtleties like mechanical noises, pedal noises, and release overtones to bring these sounds to a whole new level of authenticity and dynamic expression.

Hybrid "Duo" Sounds
Along with the hundreds of patches based on the 36 instrument models, Keyscape includes special hybrid "Duo" sounds which combine two of the instruments to create something entirely new. The unique timbre of these Duo patches make them some of the most creative and inspiring sounds in Keyscape!

Omnisphere Integration
As a bonus for Omnisphere 2 users, Keyscape also integrates fully as a satellite instrument within the Omnisphere® interface. Keyscape will simply appear as a library inside Omnisphere’s browser for users of both plugins. This capability allows Omnisphere 2 users to harness additional functionality like Live Mode, Stack Mode, Multitimbrality, endless FX routings and the full synthesis power of the STEAM Engine® to explore endless new sonic possibilities and combinations.

Technical Specifications
• Huge library with over 500 “Best-in-class” sounds, 36 Instrument Models and Hybrid “Duo” Patches
• Deeply Multisampled sounds with up to 32-way velocity switching, Round Robins, etc.
• Mechanical Noise, Pedal Noise and Release Noise behavior modeling
• Patches feature authentic circuit modeled amplifiers and effects
• Available as Download (77 GB) or Boxed USB Drives Edition
• Optional “Lite” installation (30 GB) for stage use
• Full Omnisphere® 2 integration

Links are not dead. UL links works.
At the beginning I posted separated instruments , but if you read the comments you'll see that many instruments depends on parts of others, so these new links are all at once.

I downloaded all the zippyshare links, everything is OK except Clavichord is corrupted and all zippyshare links are dead now. Do I have to download all the UL links for Clavichord?

Thanks

First of all, thank you very much to Olymoon!! GREAT post...great work. And amazing site.
This is my experience:
Mac Core i7, Ableton Live 9
Omnisphere Soft 2.3.1 32 bit, Soundsources 2.0.1c, Patches 2.3.0c
Keyscape Soundsources 1.0.2, Patches 1.0.1
Omnis Patches 2.3.0c fixed problems with some Cabinets.
After installing them, I could load Rhodes Suitcase for example.
But...I still have problem loading the CP70s
"Yamaha CP70 Release.zmap is missing or corrupted"
I have read all this thread, but I can't find the solution.
Anyone could fix it?
Where I should have this file (the .zmap)?
Thanks again and regards!!

quote by MicroMoog54Where I should have this file

In my installation, I have no file with that name ("Yamaha CP70 Release.zmap"). In fact, I have no file where the name includes the string "CP70". And yet all my CP70 patches work just fine. So these error messages that seems to reference filenames are confusing and misleading.

I do notice you said this: "Omnisphere Soft 2.3.1 32 bit." I wonder why that says "32 bit." Mine is 64 bit. I'm using a Mac, like you. This is a guess, but I think maybe this is causing you trouble.

Also, I wonder if your Omnisphere was complete and working before you started installing Keyscape.

I still have problem loading the CP70s

Are all your other Keyscape sounds working? Obviously this is very subjective, but I don't like the Keyscape CP70 very much, and I don't use it. Although Keyscape has various other sounds that I absolutely love. Some of my favorites: Rhodes - Classic, Wurlitzer 200A, Pianet M, Clavinet C, Vibanet, Vintage Vibe Electric Piano, MKS-20 - Vibes. And I like the LA Custom C7 Grand.

If all the other sounds were broken and I only had these, I would still be pretty happy. YMMV etc.

Hi!
Omnisphere can work on 32 or 64 bits. I work with a lot of plugins...and many work only in 32 bits, and others in 32/64 bits. You must decide when you open Ableton Live or Digital Performer, etc...if you work in 32 or 64 bits. Most of my plugins cannnot work in 64 bits so I work in 32.
(altough you can try converting from 32 to 64 and viceversa with JBridgeM, sometimes it works fine for me, and sometimes it crashes... there are problems with the GUI)
Anyway.....I dont think it could be the problem.
And, you are right. Everything is subjective. I love the CP70 sound!...
But....all of Keyscape's instruments are great. All of them sound amazing.
And it is a fabulous source of inspiration for everyone

I agree with you that 32-bit is probably not the cause. But if you've checked everything else, then maybe you should treat this as a possibility.

I tried with Live 64 bits and...nothing changed. I think that if I cannot load only 2 instruments from 52...it is antoher kind of conflict. Anyway...the sentence refers to something that has nothing to do with sample rate, bits, frecuencies, and so on. There is a missing or corrupted file.
I guess something happened when the package was riped, compressed...and the CP70 instrument became corrupted. Maybe some kind of mapping of the patch...because I can hear some samples, but with the sustain pedal held down constantly.
Unfortunaltey the Zippy links are down now. I would like to try downloading and re installing only the CP70s..

So you were right that this is not the problem. Sorry I misled you.

There is a missing or corrupted file.

But the text in your error message, which seems to describe a filename, does not correspond with any file I have in my installation, even though my installation works flawlessly, and I have tried every patch. So I think it's a mistake to interpret the error message in a literal manner. Elsewhere in this thread I think you will see similar examples, where people report error messages that reference filenames that don't exist in a working installation.

I think those names (which appear in error messages) that look like filenames are not files, but instead are structures that exist inside Omnisphere, and these structures might include information drawn from multiple files. It's a guessing game to make sense of these names. From reading this thread I conclude that paying a lot of attention to those names isn't helpful.

I would like to try downloading and re installing only the CP70s..

There is a file with this name: Yamaha CP-70B.db. I see no other files with an obvious connection to the CP70.

When I do Get Info on that file, I see this size: 1,185,965,562 bytes.

The MD5 checksum for that file is this: FDF3946774E05AEA187F07FFBB720D16.

I found that number using this site: http://onlinemd5.com/.

I think you should check your numbers for this file. If your numbers match, I think you should decide that your file is fine, and downloading it again is a waste of time. Then I would start from the beginning, that is, remove and then reinstall Omnisphere itself, and make sure it's complete and working. Then follow the instructions to install Keyscape. But my hunch is that nothing you already downloaded needs to be downloaded again.

Thank you very much for your time and the information....!
I checked the info and the checksum, and they are ok.
So....maybe the conflict is inside the Omnisphere as you say.
I should try reinstalling it, or maybe wait for an update.
Meanwhile I could get a CP70 version traslated for Kontakt. It sounds very good, but I dont like the velocity keymap. So I modified the velocity levels of each layer...and now it sounds very nice.
Another thing I could see...On Mac you have two zmap.index files.
One inside Factory/Keyscape Library/Keyboards, and the other one inside
Keyscape Library/Keyboards.
Both look like the same thing, 294 kb, but... they have different dates.
I opened them with a text edit, and they seem to be the same thing.

OK, that's what I expected. These days I think it's very rare for a file to get corrupted during the download process.

I should try reinstalling it

I think that's the best plan if fixing the problem is important to you.

or maybe wait for an update.

My hunch is that this won't help.

Meanwhile I could get a CP70 version traslated for Kontakt.

If this is satisfactory, then maybe fixing the Keyscape problem is more trouble than it's worth.

On Mac you have two zmap.index files. One inside Factory/Keyscape Library/Keyboards, and the other one inside Keyscape Library/Keyboards.

It sounds like you are repeating yourself. Maybe that's not what you meant to type? Anyway, I have files with that name in various places, but I think the one that matters is here:

STEAM/Keyscape/Soundsources/Factory/Keyscape Library/zmap.index

That file is 294,495 bytes, Created and Modified 11/16/16 at 7:13 pm, MD5 is 0CA7C86FC1DC4A109F741C5B2974ACE5.

On my machine, that file with that size exists only in that one place. I have no zmap.index file in the following location:

STEAM/Keyscape/Soundsources/Factory/Keyscape Library/Keyboards

You need to start with a non-legit Omni, which probably came with a keygen.

Would someone be so kind as to upload the "MKS-20 E Piano 2" for me (and others?)
