I am very happy to introduce Soft Nylon Guitar, offering the beauty and warmth of an intimately recorded nylon string guitar, whilst replicating all the behaviours and nuances of a real guitar through detailed scripting and careful calibration. As its name suggests, the samples were performed with emphasis on the soft and delicate. The instrument is available for Kontakt 5.8.1+, including the free Kontakt Player. There is also a free “lite” version for you to try that is available for DecentSampler.

CineSine LITE is an additional patch made of a simple sine wave and tuned pink noise. Try adding it to any tonal (pitched) instrument. It pairs well with full-range patches giving an added warmth, body, and sustain.

You can turn off and on the Sine wave and the Pink noise and change their volumes separately. CineSine LITE offers a standard ADSR envelope, tape saturation, and stereo width (which applies better to the sine wave rather than the pink noise).

Bowed Glass Clouds is a cinematic virtual instrument running in NI’s Kontakt. Its morphing pad engine creates rich, organic evolving textures with sounds sourced from bowed glass bowls and jars.

BOWED GLASS CLOUDS is a cinematic morphing pad instrument running in Kontakt 5.8 and above. It is based on recordings of bowed resonant glass bowls and jars, as well as a few selected sound design sources including a household hoover, and an Ebow-driven resonator guitar.
BOWED GLASS CLOUDS makes use of Kontakt’s AET Filter technology to seamlessly morph between layers of sound, both tonal and non-tonal. The instrument has a simple GUI allowing for controls for the morphing within each layer (A and B) as well as adjustment of balance between these layers. Other controls include distortion, BP filter, delay and reverb as well as three-band parametric EQ.
