Yea. For some reason every site that has a download speed limit can potentially hang. No idea why. I just re-try. If it happens to someone else again then I will re-up. I'm testing for myself. Keep trying for now if you like. =)

I still have one those Akais in my studio, along with a couple of Emu IV's and other hardware that I paid a fortune back then and that it's now worthless (not going to put any of these machines on EBay for $300. No way.) These instruments, however, impress the heck out of anyone who comes to my studio, so in a way they still serve a purpose, even if I haven't switched them on in a decade.
