Luo Tianyi (洛天依) is a Chinese VOCALOID formerly developed by Bplats, Inc. under the YAMAHA Corporation, and was created in collaboration with Shanghai HENIAN.
On April 16, 2018, an official website, twitter account, YouTube account, Facebook account, and SoundCloud account were launched for Tianyi Japanese. According to the Weibo account's announcement post, her Japanese package would include 2 voicebanks: Normal and Sweet. Tianyi Japanese was confirmed to be sampled from two voice providers: Shan Xin and Kano, a Japanese Utaite. It was also announced that the Japanese package would be available for preorder on April 23. On Tianyi Japanese's official website, it was confirmed that the package was scheduled to release on May 21, 2018 as digital and physical copies.
