Found Sound Nation presents this sample pack of Colombian guitar and gaita, played by composer and producer Niño Lento es Fuego. Warbling electric guitar with pulsating tremolo and slapback echoes and tender acoustic guitar are performed alongside Colombian gaita, an ancestral wooden flute descended from indigenous tribes. Recorded at Niño Lento’s New York home studio, the pack’s adventurous playing recalls traditional cumbia and Afro-funk.
