To be honest, you won't learn much! He just plays along, and he does it after he has come up with ideas offline, so he re-does them on video.
Mixing levels etc are kept to a minimum, pretty much a video of him tinkering the ivories so often, playing the same parts over and over!
He doesn't show the full process of starting a track from absolute scratch, always something he has started! Then I guess it really depends on what you're expecting, I saw the Masterclass by Armin and deadmau5, both lame! Maybe with Steve, it was also Q&A, so perhaps those viewing the streams got some answers etc.

Do you see the techniques used or anything like that?

I think his sound is based on sound selection, rather than techniques, can be wrong here though.

this is FULL shit and it sells for money as it’s not a shame for the author to sell it. Steve does not show processing and does not show any sound processing techniques. stupidly plays on a MIDI keyboard most of the time shows himself as he plays on a MIDI keyboard. if you do not believe, see for yourself /1 out of 10
