Clever Steve Barta, I don't know if he was pupil from 'Dr. Billy Taylor' , who I´ll respect forever, but, Mr. Taylor, has written the short and quick preface for this book, Mabye Taylor had some affect for him or what.

This book is from 1986, it brings some small good tips, but excessive written scales on all tonalities, there are other writing and auditive ways of work to achieve this feat, but, if you read in a shot, you'll get some tips of marked chords to be used, no problem.

As 'Billy Taylor' wrote: "The SOURCE is an excellente starting point."
