Windows 10.

I see Omni Channel, just loaded it up.
I don't see anything called CLA Bucket, but I do see MixHub and MixHub Lite. Not sure if that's what you mean. Sorry i'm not totally familiar with all of these plugins yet.

Can confirm: they are NOT there.
All VST's are working, but also can't find CLA Bucket. If you meant CLA MixHub: yes it's working.

for anyone wondering , yes this does indeed work on windows 7 (thank god) and the installation is as simple as , extracting each part of waves, and then runnning the installer, and boom its done lol i love r2r so much !! thanks a bunch guys! and thanks to this site for giving them a platform to share!

I have a small issue though! I'd be grateful if anyone can help me sort it out!
I have installed everyhting according to the instructions (first time install on this pc by the way).
All plugins are detected in Bitwig but whenever i try to load any of them i have this error:
"Could not create plugin instance: invalid UTF-8 encoding"

The same happens in Reaper, can't load plugins there either.

In case it helps groups: On Windows 7, I -think- everything in these files is not working in the DAWs. The plugins owned by these do not appear in DAWs. When I try to load one of them in Patchwork, it has ole32.dll error, saying "The procedure entry point RoGetAgileReference could not be located in the dynamic link library ole32.dll." I tried replacing my system with Win10 version in System32 folder and it didn't fix it.

Files 1, 2 and 3 work as expected on Windows 7, no problems and those plugins load in DAW well.

For more info: I do have both x86 and x64 Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable 14.26.28720.3 installed.

OVox.exe would need patching too, or at least other patching so it can run.

every effect is working fine. but instruments like bass fingers, bass slapper etc do not work in fl studio 20. actually they do work but only in Effects only in the mixer it loads as a effect. from the shell. also, i noticed the shell1-VST 11.0x64 only loads in mixer ..not in the channel may its fl studio 20. even if i drag the shell on to the channel its goes to the mixer as effect and bass fingers openes as a effect with no sound from midi only with mouse clicking the inside the guitar i get sound. its bassically thinks its an effecti dont know how to load it to the channel so i play the dam thing. :(

I did everything in R2R.txt and deleted all previous waveshell files with Everything file finder,
But new plugins like ovox or saturator dosent showup in my daw
in fact every added plugin from last r2r release dosent add to my plugins list,nothing new :(

I followed the correct procedures. 50% of the plugins appeared with unrecognizable characters (actually bizarre characters), both for vst2 and vst3. I went back to "WC.11.12.05.20" at least with this version absolutely everything works, with the exception of studio rack, which appears but there is no plugin to load. R2R stuff was added on a fresh installed Win 10 Pro v. "2004" [no previous installation of waves plugins/central]. Same problem both in Reaper 6.09 and Studio ONE 4.6.2.58729

Studio Rack now 100% working on windows 10 pro[u][/u].

Finally, Studio Rack and all plug ins working on windows 10. If you fall into the following problem "select waves 9.7 SG Studio Modules folder" here is the trick: (it was a pacth bug by r2r)

The r2r installation routine, insert the WAVES folder in
C: \ Program Files \ Waves
However, the original installation of WAVES is listed in
C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Waves

Solution:

1) install "Setup Waves Complete v2020.05.28 "" [don`t forget to install the emulator > waves complete v2020.05.12 emulator only read nfo r2r]. You will notice that everything will be in "C: \ Program Files \ Waves".
At this point there will be nothing installed in "C: \ Program Files (x86)", related to WAVES Audio .

2)In order to use Waves Rack as a plugin, it is necessary to install "WavesSoundGridDriverSetupV11.2" ... install it !!
Right after driver instalation, you will notice that a WAVES folder was just created in "C: \ Program Files (x86)":
[ C: \ Program Files (x86) \ WAVES \ SoundGrid]

3) Go to "C: \ Program Files \ Waves \ SoundGrid Studio" and copy the two folders [Documents + Modules] plus the SoundGrid Studio icon to. Paste all at:
"C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Waves, a WAVES \ SoundGrid \

4) Go to the
"C: \ Users \ YOURNAME \ AppData \ Roaming \ Waves Audio \ Preferences"
open the "SGStudioModulesFolder_ScanView" text file and edit it. You must replace this text.. "C: \ Program Files \ Waves \ SoundGrid \ Modules" with this one.. "C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Waves \ SoundGrid \ Modules"

The text however will look like this:
folders:
- C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Waves \ SoundGrid \ Modules

5) Open your DAW and do a complete rescan of your plugins and voila !!

Didn't work on a clean/fresh installed Win10 2004.
Reaper shows strange 'names' (as mentioned above).
Samplitude Pro X4 shows names, but can't create VST.
VST3 not showing at all.
Will check what user 'SmmoveBadYard' did.
No problems with the prevoius R2R release (but it was on Win10 1909, not on Win10 2004).

In my case, right after installed this release, i got the same erros as yours. I made a new clean install and applied previous "waves complete v2020.05.12 emulator only read nfo r2r". Studio ONE: VST3 working perfectly (all plug ins and Studio Rack as well) - . / normal reaction in studio one: Vst 2 from some developers does not appear if you have vst3 also installed (case of Waves). In the reaper everything works fine, but in the case of VST 3, some plugins still appear with unknown characters. Vst2 in Reaper are OK . Anyway, all procedures above described are crucial in in order to get Studio Rack working

You're saying that you use these VST's only with the waves studio rack and it's not working if using it without studio rack?

I de-installed, cleaned, re-installed and also used "waves complete v2020.05.12 emulator only read nfo r2r". After that, the names show also up in Reaper, but not possible to load them. Same problem (error) in Samplitude: can't create vst as before.

Since I've some problems with my PC, after fresh OS (oprekin light+) installing, I probably install a different version of Win10 2004 and check again.

What I did: de-installed this 2020-release. cleaned up and in-stalled old 2019-release and it worked. I de-installed/cleaned-up and installed this 2020-release and it worked. I can only guess why it didn't work right away. Probably 'Microsoft Visual C++' was missing and 2019-release installed it?

All plugins, some people asked about above, are showing up.
What I noticed in the control panel: The size of the 2019-release is 8.96GB. This 2020-release is 6.64GB.

I don't get the strange 'names' in Samplitude Pro X4/X5.
But in Reaper the strange names remain, but only for VST3 plugins. As I use Reaper just to check VST's I don't know why this is, but maybe I have to clean a cache or smth to make it work, but no need to do.

Hey guys. I can't see the plugins in Pro Tools 12.5 (AU)
windows 10 latest version.

it says some licance couldn't be found.
i just cant see any waves plugin in the plugins list.

can someone help me out? i would really appreciate some help

i cant get it to working on ableton either (vst2 + vst3). i can't get it to work... I'm doing everything as instructed.."some" of the plugins show up on the list and none of them loads.
i formatted my pc just yesterday so i didnt have any previous waves installation either..
