You might have downloaded the parts using more than one site (uploaded,rapidgator and/or rockfile).
Make sure the filename are identical (except for the part number).
Or you just have an incomplete file ( look at the size ... only the last should be smaller than the others)

I've tried permission reset. Not sure how to get these other files to transfer over.

The Finder can’t complete the operation because some data in “ADAP1043_Studio_Prog.xpak” can’t be read or written.
(Error code -36)

Finally installed and checked after a long time with v2.1.6...
I'm in Mac OSX Hi-Sierra, got it all working..

Here's a couple of tips for the AudioZeees :

Follow the R2R instructions precisely! - very important you use their ISO content ONLY (i had some demo banks installed from the XLN online installer - kept making it all DEMO, the R2R content is patched).
Your custom 'User' Kits will not be affected by ANY of the install.

The stand-alone app ( with you should batchmod bad permissions on if it refuses to open) and vst working perfectly in Cubase 10...and yes the AU crashes Logic.. here's the exact terminal command you need :

sudo codesign -f -s - /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/Addictive\ Drums\ 2.component/Contents/MacOS/Addictive\ Drums\ 2

password and its fixed...you can rescan in the logic plugin manager and bring the AU back to life!

Hope this helps someone! - im about to test both in Live also.

This will be really handy for some: a midi map someone made to convert all easy drummer midi-tracks to Addictive Drums (2) format.

Simply download the file linked, open up AD2 and click the ? at the top right of the GUI.
Select 'EMPTY' for drum map.
Click and drag the 'EZdrummer.AD2Map' file over top of the Empty Slot and the EZdrummer mapping then takes its place.
Save the map - it will appear under 'My Maps' with the fly out to 'EZdrummer'.

Just tried it on an EZdrummer midi and it is VERY workable! Enjoy the tip!

Adds one new section "United Heavy" and some minor GUI updates from what I can tell. It also takes much longer to load this version of the plugin vs. 2.1.7... Otherwise it seems to work fine so far.

I installed everything like it said but it just wont show up in my plug ins!! Im using Studio one 4 64x. I do not understand what im doing wrong can anyone lend me a helping hand im loosing my mind over this. Thank you in advance!

Hi guys !

I think i did everything in the good way, but I don't understand why there's still written at the opening "This instrument is in trial mode, 10 days remaining".

I took the ComputerID in the last log file, opened the .exe crack file with wine, and tried to saved the patch file "LicensesOI.txt" everywhere, i mean in /Library/Application support/XLN Audio/XLN online installer/app/Licences, and also in /user/Library/.....
We are agree that we have to create all these folders manually right ? (XLN Audio/XLN online installer/app/Licenses)

I restarted everything many times but nothing to do, this message is still here. But everything is working perfectly ! I have all sounds, kits ...

I spend all the day on it yesterday, but I couldn't find a solution.
So if someone could help me, i would be very grateful :)

I precise I'm using ableton Live 9 on Mac OSX Mojave

HeyGuys,

MacOS oldfag.

Everything works except importing the plugin in Ableton Live. I can use the standalone without any issue, but whenever I load the plugin in Ableton Live it crashes.

I tried removing the xattributes, changing file ownership, but to no avail. Do you guys have any idea on how to fix that?

ok so i feel like a noob.. what am i missing rn. both winrar and 7zip is telling me im missing volumes. i see theres 11 files. and neither website lets me download multiple files per hour so i know theres another way you guys are doing this. teach me your ways :(

anybody got the Mac audio unit version up and running? crashing ableton live and not passing validation on logic. Standalone working flawlessly.

After a bit of trouble for the wrong version of the standalone that went in conflict with the library, etc...now everything seems to be fine except that neither Logic or Ableton Live find the .component.

The file is in the right folder, I've reset permissions on it, codesigned it, deleted the audiounite cache of logic and tried to scan again, but it seems not to find the instrument inside the DAW at all...

any possible solution?


EDIT: solved, tried to create a new Components folder with only AD2 in it, rescan, all ok. Copied again the .component into the old folder.
