It definitely has nothing to do with R2R and RET, R2R himself specified this in one of his important nfos. This is a release of the New AiR Team. R2R is working on something really big (probably iLok), and we just have to wait. And it will definitely be released as an R2R release, not affiliated with any other groups.

1°) First BACKUP your actual *.sel file, for goat sake!!! It is here: C:\ProgramData\Syncrosoft. You should find a file called SeLicenser. MAKE A COPY elsewhere FIRST, before attempting anything!

2°) If you have a Dongle, DISCONNECT IT NOW! (you will of course be able to use it normally after that, no problem, the two licenses live harmoniously together... Mmmmmhhh...

3°) Then, if it's not already done, you must first Install the official eLicenser Control Center.

It is only a sane precaution, for total newbies like me, I always functioned like this, because when you don't have a clue, you MUST take some precaution.

One thing you must know: ST. ATM, many legit users had their dongle deactivated because they have used VR with their legit licenser.

For example: if you try to transfer the VR soft licenses to your dongle, the elicenser communicates with the servers, I can assure you there is great chances that you dongle being blacklisted (blocked forever!). I know two people in this very situation.

So it means one thing; now as we speak, ST. have the means to detect VR licenses, and to punish you for that.

Solution: once you're good with your licenses, you could prevent elicenser and other proggies (like download manager, which became a real spyware) to phone home, by blocking it with a firewall.

Many years ago (2011-2015), around about the time of AiR, there was an Audioz member by the name of copylefter who released many quality Mac apps and plug-ins under the name of C0PYL3FT3R
If you check his status it says RETIRED

Did any of you notice the following?
Once you execute the keygen the following text is displayed in the Keygen window.

Notice the twos asterisks (**) after Copyleft**
Could this be Copylefter?
Is this a coincidence or is this a clue at to whom the new AiRAudioPensioners could be?

Just now checked, Similar says in old Arturia License Generators - Copyleft AD 2009 if I have read good...

Maybe that refers to a song, since have a copyright sign....

And maybe the Copylefter is the ONE which we have discussed in some subjects on AS, who was the big part of the warez scene, but now is gone....
If that so, well I feel sorry for that....

And maybe that is the reason Team AiR is back, and btw their release have release number, 0001 , which means, a lot of fresh AiR is about to come and to clean this pollution around...

I mean , to cover all 200+ Steinberg Licenses, it is a hard work to do, if they release one keygen for a single license, which will be the best, but hard work....
