Yeah things are good,i got kids now so not as much music production but still lots of noise pollution!,Keep up the fight!,I got someones old electric bike to get one of my kids back from school and can almost cycle up hills now,haha.Ive had many years in the music scene of sheffield u.k. was doing gigs and stuff and was over doing it for too long,until i calmed down and had a family.Hope things are good where you are,your words were always reasonable and interesting to hear,bless you man.

I sort of agree about 8.5 and 9.5 but to say Cubase is prone to crashes is just not true.
It crashed like three times on me in the last few years and it was because of me loading too many plugins.
Cubase was doing alright until version 9.5, their new direction is kind of weird, reminds me of myspace and how a good working code was replaced with what is today, a total mess.
If they continue with this experimentation it could end bad, since people will stop upgrading.

win 10 64x works fine too .. tested also with a very old pulsar creamware card

OK tested it on Win 10...installed without a problem...
I think it just crashed only ONCE during first startup and then no problem at all
saves like a charm and reopens everything without a hickup

Thanks. After some testing...

Some features are buggy. As in the Team VR version. For example, you cannot enter 7th chords in the chord track. Playing around 1 crash in 1 hour. seems to be comparable to the Team VR version. Too buggy (and not stable enough) to be used seriously.

Installed fine. Running fine except for me audio is not playing from the audio track. Plays audio just fine from the media bay. But no sound plays from a track. Not sure what config on my side is wrong.

Installation is fine w/o any problem. I found that it's crashed when I copied plugin from one track to another. Other than that, playback is fine. I'm doing basic mixing steps. So far so good... ...

hi everyone, first want to say thank you to all people that made this possible.
have 2 questions:
can i install this thing without being connected to the internet?
if i install it in half a year, i suppose i won't be able to install cubase if i have to be online because of steinberg?

I think this is a alpha version of a big release that somehow got leaked, tbh. Would explain why some people have no problems and some have constant crashes
