It works and sounds great but is using more cpu than the previous version, maybe I´m missing something.

It does use more CPU, but it depends on which GUI page is open, and when you close the GUI it will use the same CPU, if not less [Urs' words], than Hive 1.2. So GUI has become a bit more hungry, especially the Scope page, which is new.
