Steinberg Cubase Pro 12 v12.0.20-R2R

WIth this 0.20 update you must uninstall earlier Cubase 12 versions and then install this. This should not be the case. It might be a Steinberg bug though. Installer throws a "can't install because Cubase is already installed" sign.

can we please expect a Plugins Unlocked for all Nuendo/Cubase in the great tradition of 2001's Steinberg.XXX.UNLOCKED-GoVeR and 2002's Steinberg.SX.Unlocked.VST.Plugins.Pack.1-2-FATALiTY?

Fist of all excuse my english. I have two doubts

1. I have cubase 10.5 legitimate, can this 10.5 live toguether with cuabse 12 r2r?
2. With the new Cubase 12 updates, it will only be uninstalling the old version and installing the new one?

Steinberg Factory VST3 Presets For Silk Versions Of HSO, Hypnotic Dance & Triebwerk VSTis

(Instruments should be licensed already with eLicenser, in addition
to having Silk system on the PC system well a.k.a. Activation
Manager)

The problem? When trying to use any of the above mentioned break-off VSTis,
presets are missing under the new Silk system and they are only available and
working in HALion, Sonic or SE. This installer fixes this issue, so now you can
make full use of the actual VSTis themselves without HALion, Sonic or SE. You
can now use these again fully:

1) C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Steinberg\Symphonic Orchestra\Symphonic Orchestra.vst3
2) C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Steinberg\Hypnotic Dance\Hypnotic Dance.vst3
3) C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Steinberg\Triebwerk\Triebwerk.vst3

Even R2R suggested previously to simply just use HALion instead, because of this issue
that this installer fixes.

Run the installer, and install to the default location as only uninstall files are placed there.
When done, double click one of these files, to register them (it find the others when
doing one) in the Steinberg Library Manager. Register them as "In Place."

They will not show in the manager, however, even after successfully adding them. This is
by the release design, so as not to interfere with "official" means:

C:\ProgramData\Steinberg\Content\VST Sound\ADD_SMT_102b_Hypnotic_Dance_Presets.vstsound
C:\ProgramData\Steinberg\Content\VST Sound\ADD_SMT_110b_Triebwerk_Presets.vstsound
C:\ProgramData\Steinberg\Content\VST Sound\FCP_SMT_027b_HSO_Presets_01.vstsound

If the presets do not show up immediately in the VSTi or Mediabay, rescan. In Mediabay, you can
uncheck the box for the VSTi, tell it to "keep" it in library, then just add the check back.
They will show up!

P.S.S. If you are having trouble adding to Steinberg Library Manager, just unregister the instrument (not delete) entirely in there. Then, re-add by double-clicking on the .vstsound file.

Hi everybody. My team has 4 wonderful releases to share with you all. The latest fixes something that even R2R rightfully told of a workaround for that is no longer needed. Wait and see! As for this release, all instruments have full factory presets, tagged originally too. All TeamCubeadooby releases can be mirrored 100% and is encouraged. Any questions or help, it is not a thing! IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ!

LoopMash2, Mystic, Prologue and Spector with bonus presets from retNZ for Mystic, Prologue, Spector and Retrologue

This installer installs the legacy synths and presets, including LoopMash2, to Cubase 12 by default. You can also change the installer to place the files anywhere, so, you can also install it to Nuendo 12 program folder as well.

It places files to C:\ProgramData\Steinberg\Content\VST Sound, regardless, also.

1) If you want this to work for both Cubase and Nuendo, install it twice, once for each of their default program folders.

2) When done, double-click on one of these files, so the three new ones register in Steinberg Library Manager:

C:\ProgramData\Steinberg\Content\VST Sound\FCP_SMT_004LEGACY_Cubase.vstsound
C:\ProgramData\Steinberg\Content\VST Sound\FCP_SMT_005LEGACY_Cubase.vstsound
C:\ProgramData\Steinberg\Content\VST Sound\FCP_SMT_009LEGACY_Cubase.vstsound

3) If you installed for only Cubase 12, then go into its VST Sound folder and click on one of the LoopMash files to register them. If you installed for both Cubase 12 and Nuendo 12, you can delete the LoopMash files in the VST Sound folder of one of them, then use Steinberg Library Manager to move the LoopMash files (under Cubase/Nuendo tab) to anywhere you like. In this case, I suggest deleting LoopMash VST Sound files of other Steinberg DAW folders also, as you will not need them there.

P.S. You can move your Nuendo VST Sound files, FCP_SMT_006_Nuendo.vstsound & FCP_SMT_007_Nuendo.vstsound to C:\ProgramData\Steinberg\Content\VST Sound so all Steinberg DAWs see them - in case you have any issue with that.

Finally, if you STILL have problems seeing presets, uncheck the instrument in the preset browser or MediaBay Factory VST3 presets. Tell it to "keep." The check will be gone. Now, click again to put the check back.
