PreSonus have announced a cool little free plug-in PreSonus VU Meter.

The VU Meter plug-in provides the best of both worlds for your signal metering needs: Analog-style VU meters (with clip indicators), and LED-segment-style peak meters. VU meters are most useful for showing overall signal level, and peak meters (akin to the channel meters in the Studio One Console) are most useful for keeping track of peak signal levels. By referencing both of these, you can see a more nuanced picture of your signal—overall level and peak level.

A stereo correlation meter rounds out the trio, giving you insight into the left/right phase relationship of your signal.

This free standalone VU Meter plug-in is made from the same components used in the Channel Strip Collection.

One nice feature is that it offers pre fader metering. We also love the micro mode on each channel.

mmm i'm having some trouble

Studio One after the installation is asking for the Online Login to activate the VU-meter.

What should i do?

It's probably my fault in the release note it said

I used the 3.0.2 demo patched with the old keygen

i should try the new keygen.

Use the new keygen, but remember if you using old keygen to patch studio one prior this release you have to reactivate it using new keygen

Agreed...not working for me either...followed all the R2R steps to the letter...won't install the meters nor the saturation button...not on Win 10 at least and x86 install

In my case (Win7 S1 3.0.2 64bit) VU Meter is installed and activated as instructed but the only place I can see it is in the Studio One Extensions panel. It doesn't show up in S1 browser. Search also doesn't find it. Tried reinstalling several times.
Any ideas?

with the new keygen. U have to reactivate studio one with the new keygen and than activate Vu meters

ok got it. You had to use the new Keygen with the 3.0.2 release wich create also the VU Meter license.

got it, i installed it prior to installing the new studio one version, so I had to uninstall it and reinstall now it shows

Run the 3.0.2 keygen from R2R studio one release. Patch the Studio One.exe and install the VU meter

how i get it to work for me

first thing u have to do to activate the vu meter go through the process of keygen patch when studio one is activate an reopen up to use on the start up screen of studio one u have to click above where u see "studio one next to help" click studio one installation then u will be prompt the activation offline an then u go to the studio 3 activation folder where u save the activation key then u go to vu meter open it up an then go through the same process.. hope this help every1
