how to

Tested on mac but i think it works on dodows
You need to download the latest version of Amplitube (AmpliTube3_3.15c)
and Little Snitch or Hans Off ... and pacifist (optional)

1- Create an account at www.ikmultimedia.com
2 - Download on IK Website ( follow the homepage link above )
3 - Download IK.Multimedia.AmpliTube.3.Complete.v3.14.0.MacOSX.Incl.Keygen-R2R
4 - Install the v3.14.0
5 - Follow R2R instructions with R2R.txt ( i use VFX for lauch Win-Keygen )

6 - install the v3.15 .....but i prefere this method :
Go in AmpliTube.mpkg/Contents/Packages/ (right click/show package content)
and install all "mpkg's" with pacifist .. ( 3 packages )
7 - Run Authorization Manager and Redo the Authorisation (request html etc....) and use your R2R - AmpliTube 3.xml

8 - Run Custom-Shop in your Applications folder ,
loggin with your IK account and TRY the new Mesa Boogie amps , Mics ....
9 - Run Amplitube

PS : We have to wait for the mesa-boogie amps and new content be unlocked ...

I think they are the same amps as before only new skins IK has done that with many new s.c custom amps dont be fooled it is only the looks nothing is new

Thanks. The Mesa amps still are "pre-order" in any case, but your method seems to work fine for the update to 3.1.5 (mac)

WELL. . . maybe not. Now Most of my amps and fx say they are no longer there. Something bad happened. This really messed me up. Now what.. Old version now has same issue.

Hmm.. No, they are _not_ pre-order, the pack has been released since yesterday or even the day before that.

And no, they are NOT just skins and official names for the existing models (like they did with the powerball model, but as far as I know that is the only model it happened with. The fender models are also clearly new / extended models compared to the standard stuff).

The previous rectifier models where a single channel in a single mode. The new models have all 3 channels with all the different modes / voicings and options on the back of the amp. The Mark 3 has some new options and voicings compared to the existing model, the TA-30 and the Mark IV are completely new amps that weren't in there before, so it can't be a reskin.

That being said, I've heard nothing but good remarks from people trying it out and I've seen a lot of people pre-ordering. I also quite like it myself. Amplitube packs / amps can be hit or miss. Some models are perfect, some are 'bleh' (mostly the standard included stuff). These are awesome.

On to the AudioZ part: I tried it under Windows., downloaded the installer for 3.15, and tried the offline-authorization method from R2R's latest Keygen for 3.14.
The keygen works in the sense that everything that was there before is unlocked again, but NOT the new Mesa models. So you get everything unlocked as in 3.14, except the new stuff in 3.15 :(.

so R2R's Keygen will not work in getting the Mesa pack models working. At least I didn't get it working yet.

Also, after buying the pack, I had hoped I could combine my authorization for the Mesa pack with the authorization file to unlock the rest but so far have not been successful.
When I try to add the serials in my authorization file (that has been made by the website but is built on the authorization-request that also the R2R keygen used, so both use the same ComputerID) I either get the "R2R-effect" (everything unlocked except the new Mesa stuff) or I get "my own auth effect" (nothing unlocked except the free stuff + the new Mesa gear).

In windows Serials are stored here HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\IK Multimedia\Amplitube 3
maybe will work if you register with R2R export this key then register your Mesa keys and import the key.

So you mean combining the R2R serials and my legit Mesa keys in the registry ? Might be worth a shot. I've only been trying it in the auth XML file.

To my ears non of the amp models they have released with real company name have impressed me and dont sound like the real ones in fact no ampsim sound like a real amp not even Axe FX or Kemper
B.t.w i have tried many free models that sound equally as good/bad and almost identical to Amplitubes all models and that goes to payed ones aswell.
So they are by no means special sounding even if they have the luxury to use the real name of the amps.
Which i believe is only for bussiness purposes its not that the company will advertise that their amps is for sale as a plugin..
Try to visit their websites and try to find a post about their amps is being reproduced in a digital way in Amplitube.
Do you think Alexender Dumble will ad that his amps a simulated in Revalver?
B.t.w i have never played or even heard a real Dumble i have only heard it on records but if they sound anything like the one in Revalver i sure as hell dont wont one.

Thats why i say they have the same code and they just tweak it a little to sound close and have the character that the amp they try to simulate then put a glory skin on top..

Just like the freeware coders do.

i find most things i select, it tells me i am missing amps or cabinets????

also, if I try to load a preset (an .ajhp file), it tells me I am missing codecs... i have reinstalled a couple of times

Doing all this has made Amplitude completely useless on my mac. Completely. Nothing useful is installed any longer. I'm really pissed!

edit: I uninstalled everything and then retried a few times and the last time it seems back to normal. But be careful!

where does the keygen write the file to?? oh if only there was a Mac keygen...... I have tried searching for it numerous ways (using Parallels Desktop) and I cant find it

So now that I have this working on the mac, is there some way to get the Mesa Boogie when/if it is released with this cracked ver of Amplitube? I have forgotten how these Amplitube add on packs work. Does the add on need to be shared first?

So sorry, I just can't believe folks would install this over the last working "R2R" 3.14 release with all Custom Shop add-ons (all working). What's the point?

As soon as I saw this I thought, no this won't work - and you have all confirmed that for me, thank you.

I don't mean to be an ass or start any shite but why fix what isn't broken? Plus most of you know that the "name brand" releasers are on an extended hiatus of sorts.

Note: If you are going to install a k'ed app or plugin install it on a test boot partition so it doesn't mess up your working system.
