Generic Low Latency ASIO Driver
Hello, Not much to know, its a driver I found in Cubase7 when installed and FL Studio did not have it, noticed FL Studio runs better with low latency with it. Generic Low Latency ASIO Driver helps me create better sounds without much of the problems with crackling when producing. Glitches are no more when using/running a lot of vsti's in my DAW. If you are having trouble with ASIO4all like i did with the blue screen of death? try this out-it may help.

Enjoy,
Yildirim

Do I have to uninstall ASIO4ALL?
thanks

Good question, up to you really. In the display picture you can see I haven't uninstalled asio4all or any other driver and just installed on-top. If you are having trouble, uninstall previous, install this one. If it doesn't work for you at all, Then use your standard 'Primary Sound Driver'.
Good luck

If you have an external oundcard you dont need to use this driver right ?
  Resident 2.10.2008 506

Wrong. You usually want to use such a driver if the manufacturer/OEM of your sound device (no matter if internal or external) has bad or no ASIO drivers supplied, but the "standard" WDM drivers work well.
I've never had any problems with ASIO4All however.

@Yildirim: On what Windows version and with what original sound driver did you get the blue screens?

well of course . an ASIO Device soundcard like MAudio C400 didn't like to be used by other ASIO driver like this one. this driver is only for the non ASIO soundcard maybe like "CREATIVE", etc

and not just MAudio in fact All of them are i know my Line6 Studio always Crash when my cubase Switch to this driver automatically when it (my Line6 ASIO) were being used

quote by oskaDo I have to uninstall ASIO4ALL?

As perfectly said by 'Wasgedn'...

You can have as many 'ASIO' Drivers as you want or need, you must simply to select which you want to use within your DAW during a Session.
And that option of having several available can be a plus, because you can easily 'switch' among these to see which one run better within a particular DAW or another one...

quote by IcyIceIf you have an external oundcard you dont need to use this driver right ?

In fact, this depends of the 'ASIO' Driver which is provided with your 'External Soundcard', and above all, its 'Latency' Time and reliability.
Some 'ASIO' Drivers provided by some Manufacturers are not so perfect, whereas others are optimal...

like i did with the blue screen of death?

Normally, this is rather a trouble related to the original 'ASIO' Driver' provided by the Manufacturer of a particular 'Audio Soundcard'...
I recently bought a little 'gem' (for its size and features !) 'TASCAM US-366', and I faced sometimes that 'unfamous' Blue Screen trouble till I found the solution on the Developer's Site FAQ...

Why should I uninstall a perfectly working sound driver named 'Generic Low Latency ASIO Driver' which does not have any latency and create problems when I produce..?
If it wasn't for this Generic Low Latency ASIO Driver I would not know or create\produce my own music today. I was giving up because I couldn't find quality and stability when using FL Studio in sound. [not that I make money coming out with beats]

[If there is no good quality just stop, restart or work on another project.]

-I'll type it straight-I don't see the need to uninstall it. Its the only thing on my PC I don't mind it not having a uninstall option. Ussually I am the same, I would want it out if there is no uninstall option but, in this case its freaking 'Generic Low Latency ASIO Driver' man RELAX.

thank you for this successfully uninstalled
anyways be aware right clicking run as administrator IMMEDIATELY installs this, without any other setup process
I'm on windows 8.1 x64 and installing this caused my computer to glitch, buffer, pop and SLOW DOWN when watching youtube, playing mp3s, etc.. so frequent that it was just really annoying
definitely didn't work for me, just letting others know
