Always run your DAW as admin. This can be configured in the shortcut settings by checking the run as administrator checkbox.

This one is old, known to be timebombed, locks up after some time, few weeks or so.
I had it installed several times, always the same story.
I had to revert to v.1.01 (which has a slightly different name, but it's a same plugin) which doesn't lock up, looks the same and has a same sound.
